Name: Arlo.
Almost two year old male dog for re-homing. Neutered; vaccinations up to date. Weighs approximately 80 lbs.
Needs to go to a home without cats.
Re-homing due to his constant 'hunting' of our cats. They were in the home when he came to us as a puppy but he's never gotten rid of his instinct to chase them. He is crate trained but sleeps in our bed with us at night. He stays in his crate when we go to work but max is 4-5 hours. He can be left out when we're not home if everything is put away - especially the garbage.
He is smart and catches on to things quickly. He knows "sit, stay, 'leave it'" and comes when he's called.
He does not like my husband or kids or grandchild to get too physically close to me. He doesn't hurt them but will insert his body between mine and theirs - with force. He is a very sweet affectionate dog though too! He loves kisses on his snout and to cuddle.
He walks fairly well on a leash with a harness. He will sometimes bark at other dogs and pull.
He loves to play fetch most of all and chew toys - need to be super durable though!
Due to some new health issues I cannot give him the attention and exercise he needs and my cats also need to no longer be hunted in their home.
Will send kennel and food with him.

We are excited to provide rare new Norwegian Elkhound bloodlines in Canada. Dam and sire are both AKC and CKC registered.
Currently we have a litter on the ground, born Nov 21, 2024.
Dam and Sire were carefully selected from a breeder in Tennessee and I imported them 2 years ago. I work closely with my vet to make sure our breeding pair is in great health to provide healthy puppies for our Norwegian Elkhound loving families!!!

The Norwegian Elkhound is an ancient breed of Scandinavia. This noble, sturdy, medium sized dog was used to hunt bear and other large game. They encircled their pray and held them till hunters arrived.
Elkhounds have a silver grey weather resistant coat. In winter the coat is quite dense and requires attention twice-yearly during the shed. Their appearance is remarkable with upright ears, square bodied, tight curly tail with distinctive saddle markings.
Temperaments of the breed is friendly, intelligent, and independent. We find they are very easily trained as you establish your self as the leader along with a good routine; exercise and a good balanced diet you will have a devoted family pet. They are good with children especially when introduced at a young age. However, as with any breed, a young child and dogs should never be left unattended.
Our Elkhounds have grown up on our acreage, where they can chase, hunt squirrels in our trees and keep other animals skunks, raccoons and porcupines away from our property. When introduced to chickens, cats and other animals they quickly pickup they are to leave them alone.

Sadly I am needing to rehome my 2 pomsky girls. Would like for them to go together but not stuck on that as long as we find the perfect homes for them individually. Both are intact.
Bug (first collage) is the youngest. She is 2 years old and is super energetic! She has the husky attitude and loves toys.
Daisy is the second oldest (second collage) has went to an amazing home where I know she will be so loved!
Minnie (third collage) is the oldest she is 4 years old and has beautiful blue eyes! She is very curious and loves being outside to play fetch!
Both do really well camping, travel well, completely house trained, and not yappy at all lol!

Due to very unfortunate health circumstances, our family has to rehome our beloved male shepherd as soon as possible no fault of his own.
He is very well behaved. Great with other dogs and older kids. House trained, likes to be outside but needs a fenced yard. He does not ever jump. He loves car rides and long walks.

Selling our chihuahua that is about 10 months now. Roscoe is very cute, likes to play and cuddle but we just don’t have much time for him anymore. We have a couple other dogs and some cats that he loves to play with and he’s good with staying in his kennel. He likes to go outside and he won’t wonder off. We think he may be deaf because he does not look at you if you call him but if he sees you he will come to you. He will come with a blanket, dog bed, food, some toys and some treats. Cleo is a female purebred red wheaton Rhodesian Ridgeback. We imported her from Texas. She is 4 years old and is dual registered with AKC and CKC. We have a cat in the house that Cleo does not bother, we don't have any outdoor cats....but I can tell you that Cleo runs with very small dogs(such as min. poodles and pomeranians) and she doesn't chase them. Cleo's Sire is from Africa. She is microchipped. Cleo has been tested for DM among many other tests and are cleared of all, she is a very healthy and energetic girl. Cleo was part of our breeding program. Due to certain circumstances we have decided to place Cleo and her male partner in new loving forever homes. The male has found his new home. Milo is a 2ish yr old fixed male German Shepherd. We have had him for 3 months and have really grown to love him but he hasn’t learned to stay home well enough for us to be able to keep him. We are not wanting to keep a dog locked or tired up and are hoping someone with a more secluded yard would be interested in having him. It is with heavy hearts we need to find a new home for our female Siberian Husky Molly. She's 5.5 years old, born July 19, 2018 and has been spayed. She doesn't like our toddler being around her or poking at her and we've tried training her but it's just not working out. She is great with our older kids. A home with no kids or older kids would be the best fit for her. She's cuddly and loves a soft blanket to curl up on. She's crate trained and it's necessary for her to use as she's very much the breed stereotype. She will run away given any chance so a fully fenced yard is needed and she wouldn't do well on an acreage. She has been raised with dogs and cats and does well with both, she will however chase and pounce on cats if they run. Her prey drive is still very high. She is very food motivated and knows a few tricks. Price negotiable for the right home.. She will come with all of her belongings including a wire crate and a plastic kennel.
