We provide a full-service in the residential and commercial real estate investment, construction and development business with a distinguished resume and reputation. In line with our business development plan, we currently are looking for a dedicated professional to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall construction projects and coordinate the overall operations with senior management and construction managers and project coordinators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in developing and implementing company operational policies and procedures specific to construction projects.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of project requirements, review drawings and construction documents and approve a detailed project plan that outlines key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with construction managers and project coordinators to follow up on construction progress and provide solutions to arising issues to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Direct in the development of a comprehensive budget estimate, monitor actual expenses against the budget and make any necessary adjustments.
• Review and negotiate contracts to ensure that all parties adhere to contractual agreements and make any necessary changes or revisions.
• Develop and enforce quality and risk control policies and procedures to ensure that construction projects are executed to the highest standards.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal team members. Provide regular progress updates and address any concerns or issues as they arise.
• Oversee procurement processes for construction materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
• Participate in hiring, training, supervising new staff, and conduct performance evaluation, address performance issues and handle performance improvements for team members.
• Review project closeout reports from Project Managers and conduct a post-project review to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and developments to ensure that the company remains competitive and at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Perform other duties including measuring and managing client satisfaction, facilitating weekly operations meetings, tracking company resource usage, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
• A college diploma or higher in architecture, engineering, construction, project management or a related field is required.
• Minimum three years of managerial experience in the construction industry.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and requirements.
• Expert knowledge in construction drawings, engineering design, quality control and construction technologies
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
