We are seeking someone with previous leadership experience in a likeminded role, with 2 years minimum of warehouse experience, to assist in guiding our team's productivity.

Responsibilities
- Hands on role (typical receiving duties)
- Handles incoming physical goods & performs quality control checks manually and with RF Handhelds.
- Assigns goods to primary and overstock slot locations
- Receiving into WMS
- Provide Leadership to the department
- Coordinate daily and weekly activities of the team
- Problem solving as required
- Assist other departments as required
- Manage Carrier Claims
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Positive attitude and high energy level
- Must be a reliable team player
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
- Experience with WMS system and bar code scanners
- Reach truck certification desirable
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.

Are you an experienced Crane Worker and live in the Richmond or Abbotsford, BC areas? We have an immediate opening for you!
In this permanent position as a Crane Operations Worker, you will be using your time management skills to manage the workflow of production and daily shipments. You will interact with drivers to transport loads. You will learn how to operate an overhead crane to move materials and orders onto and off of trailers, trucks and around our yards. There is a well-designed training program in place for you so if you are just learning, we can help. You will operate a stand-up forklift to move finished skids and sometimes manually wrap the finished skids.
Shift Time: Day Shift - 6:00AM - 2:00PM Monday to Friday
Afternoon Shift - 2:00PM TO 12:00AM 4 days, 10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday
Wage: $22 to $27/hour based on experience

Qualifications
- Recent experience operating the overhead crane an industrial facility
- Comfortable loading and unloading trucks in a bay area multiple times a day
- Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted as needed
- Strong communication skills + a collaborative mindset
- Safety-conscious mindset and basic math skills
- Are able to work in the Richmond or Abbotsford BC area upon applying!
- Must have your own transportation to Richmond location as there is no public transit available
