Job Duties
• Develop, implement, direct, and evaluate marketing strategies to promote the company's financial planning, investment, insurance, and wealth management services.
• Provide recommendations to support strategic planning, service development, and business growth initiatives based on market research findings.
• Develop client segmentation strategies and targeted marketing plans for individual, family, and business clients.
• Assist in the development and positioning of new financial products, services, and client programs to meet changing market demands.
• Establish and maintain referral networks, business partnerships, and community relationships to expand the company's client base and market presence.
• Develop, manage, and evaluate promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness, support client acquisition and retention, and measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, client communications, and promotional content to ensure consistency with corporate branding and business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to support organizational goals and growth strategies.
• Work closely with financial advisors and senior management to develop marketing initiatives that support client acquisition, retention, and long-term business growth.
• Advise senior management on marketing opportunities, market positioning, and strategies to increase the company's visibility and competitiveness.
Qualifications
• A university degree in marketing, business administration, finance, commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, marketing, business development, client acquisition, client relationship management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including financial planning, investment, insurance, or wealth management services.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to evaluate market trends, identify business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
