Permanent, full time position
Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Formulate operations policies which help to establish the operations direction to be taken by the organization
- Establish operations objectives for the organization
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizations policies and programs
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitor’s operations on sales
- Determine merchandise to be sold
- Implement price and credit policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve issues that may arise including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff

Education and Work Experience requirements
- Need to have completed secondary school
- Need to have completed minimum of one year of college diploma program in business administration, finance or a related field
- Need to have a minimum of 2 years related work experience

Wages:
$50.50 per hour

Benefits
10 paid vacation days
3 days of sick leave per year
4% pay based on gross earning of vacation time
Term:
Permanent, Full-time position, 40 hours per week
