It is a room near North York Center Subway station in a detached house,@ Kingsdale/ Willowdale Ave. TTC bus stop is less than 1 minute walk. The location is extremely convenient as it is a 5-10 min walk away from a 24-hour Metro or Loblaws, restaurants, and is a 5 min to Earl Haig Secondary High School, 8 min walk to the TTC North York Center subway stations or Yonge Street. All the building materials are used with fireproof standards and up to city buildings and fire codes. Inside the room, there is a fire smoke/CO alarm
