Looking for a bankruptcy trustee or file consumer proposal? Be very careful, they get a commission on what they collect from you. Also many are honest but some are not.
If you choose an incompetent , dishonest one, good luck because the superintendent of bankruptcies is only there to protect the bad ones.
The best alternative is to do your own or work with your creditors directly. Save yourself a lot of stress and greef not to mention time. In some cases 20 years. Yes 20 years.
Do it yourself forms will be available soon. Plus Class Action lawsuits are being sought.
Remember there are no lawyers who specialize in Bankruptcies in Saskatchewan who are not bought and paid for. Furthermore, it is an adversarial system that has nothing to do with truth, fairness or justice, check it out. "OH DYSFUNCTIONAL CORRUPT CANADA"

We are a group of men looking to break the stigma of men’s mental health. Together we want to listen, understand, validate, respect and honor one another. Together we can learn to stop hiding in the shadows and create a positive atmosphere where vulnerability is not only welcomed but encouraged.
We are a diverse group of men from all walks of life. We come from different ethnicities, religious groups, races and creeds.
