Farm Labourer Wanted.
We are a mixed grain and cattle family farm operation in Beechy, SK. We also run an on farm welding shop where we manufacture livestock handling equipment and trailers. We are seeking a full-time labourer to join our farm, who possesses a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion to succeed.
Accommodations are available. Related experience in a similar agriculture operation is preferred. Class 5 license is required. Class 1A is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Seeding and harvest operations.

The unit must be hardsided, no tent trailers are allowed per Park policy. Subsidized housing is available depending on employee start and end date.

Assist WRA manager in overseeing staff, recreation activities and events
Starting early May to mid September 2024
Create all ages recreation activities for the WRA facilities
· Develope, promote and implement recreation programs and services for all ages; make recommendations and implement management decisions
· Train staff and implement policies
· Respond to patrons; problem solve and advise Manager
· Setup and teardown of tables, chairs, equipment and supplies
· Coordinate facility and equipment rentals
· Monitor/inspect mini-golf course, sports court, tennis courts, children's park, lawn bowling, beach volleyball and recreation grounds for safety, security and maintenance issues. Advise
· Assist Manager and WRA Events Committee
· Assist Manager with daily cash deposits
· Hold Class 5 license
· Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge Of
· Planning, evaluating and implementing recreation programs, services and activities
· Proper care, safety practices and rules of recreation, facility and equipment
· Cash management, accounting and record-keeping
· Use of computer equipment and social media applications
Ability To
· Lead staff and volunteers: training, planning, organizing, scheduling
· Maintain facilities and equipment in a clean and safe manner
· Perform work as directed efficiently, effectively and safely
· Work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines

Physical Demands

$20 per hour plus stat and holiday pay. 40 hours per weekQualifications:
