You can spend your DEEDED week in Las Vegas or exchange it with RCI and choose to stay somewhere else in Canada, the US or anywhere in the world. We LOVED being at Breezy Oak Villa! We all said (perhaps daily) that we were so lucky to be staying in a home, not a hotel. We had privacy, we didn't have to shush the kids, they could have as much noisy fun as they liked! A real kitchen allowed us to share meals together, enjoy quiet time after the crowds at the parks, get work done as needed, and travel lightly, since we could wash our clothes. The privacy of the pool was wonderful, loved that we were not overlooked. Having such a great amenity all to ourselves was lovely, and felt much like home (we have an outdoor pool, too). The full-size kitchen appliances were lovely, as was the ability to have a family breakfast, take sandwiches and snacks to the parks (saving money and avoiding yucky fast food). My son was really tickled with the video games, especially the racetrack game (even I played with him). With 4 bedrooms, everyone had space and privacy, including my parents which was really important to me. Staying at Breezy Oak Villa was a great choice for our family. We could not be happier with the excellent communication received during research and booking, and it continued through our stay. It is situated in a friendly 55 and over gated park on Avenue B (near Walmart neighbourhood stores) with green grass which has a clean fresh feel to it. Kitchen is full of cooking equipment. Free WIFI in the unit and in the clubhouse.The park has a hot tub, warm swimming pool, a pickleball court and pool tables. There is a bus stop near the front gates.
The clubhouse has functions like card playing (Whist, Kaiser, Bridge, Crib, Canasta etc) yoga, line dancing, swim exercise, billiards, card making, sewing. Sign up for golf, hiking and meals. If you like volunteering there are many areas that you can sign up.

Are you a member of RCI and need more points to book your vacation? Do not borrow points from RCI, it will cost 3 cents per point and leave you with lesser points in the future. Instead, buy them when you need them.

You can buy them in increments of one thousand points, as many as you need. Since we are Platinum RCI members there are no transfer fees. Our points will expire on January 31, 2024. Expiration in your account depends when your use year ends.

Bienvenue à la Villa Canopée, perchée sur les hauteurs de l'Anse à l'Ane, commune des Trois Ilets. Nous sommes Evelyne et Jean-Luc, vos hôtes dévoués, et nous avons créé ce havre de paix pour vous offrir une escapade exquise dans un cadre enchanteur.
Dès votre arrivée à la Villa Canopée, vous serez enveloppé par la tranquillité et la sérénité qui règnent dans notre retraite surplombant les eaux turquoise des Caraïbes, avec en toile de fond la majestueuse baie de Fort-de-France. Chaque appartement est soigneusement aménagé pour vous offrir un confort absolu et une intimité totale, avec un SPA privatif où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer en toute tranquillité.
Nos trois appartements, neufs et sans vis-à-vis, sont proposés en rez-de-jardin et offrent une vue imprenable sur la baie. Chaque appartement est équipé d’une chambre climatisée avec un lit queen size, une moustiquaire et un coffre-fort pour votre confort et votre sécurité. Vous aurez également accès à votre propre salon extérieur pour profiter pleinement de votre espace privé.
Les salles de bains ouvertes sur les chambres sont aménagées avec des douches à l'italienne spacieuses, ajoutant une touche de luxe à votre séjour. Les espaces de vie intérieurs comprennent une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon donnant sur la terrasse, où vous pourrez savourer des repas en plein air avec une vue panoramique.
Pour votre divertissement, chaque appartement est équipé d'une connexion internet WIFI, d'une télévision à écran plat avec TNT et Netflix, ainsi que d'une enceinte connectée Alexa, vous permettant de profiter de vos musiques préférées.
Veuillez noter que nos appartements ne conviennent pas pour des fêtes et sont loués pour une durée minimale de 5 nuits. Des frais de ménage de 80€ seront facturés pour chaque séjour, pour garantir la propreté et le confort de nos invités.
