SUMMARY

The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician is responsible for operating facility systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, routine services on facility mechanical and other systems for the assigned facility within the limits of company policy and trade certification.

Trades certification or license:

*HVAC/Refrigeration license is required
*Gasfitter I & II license is an asset

This is an on-site stationary position located in Downtown Vancouver near Grandville St & W Hastings St. This position is full-time days Monday to Friday, with rotational emergency on-call.

This is a regular, non-union full-time position with a hourly range of $38.55 - $45.35 or more. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
