We are looking for 3 AI SEO specialist and Sales growing digital specialists.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute AI-powered digital marketing strategies for online programs
Use predictive analytics to improve lead conversion rates
Implement AI tools for content creation, segmentation, and personalization
2. Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
Optimize CAC (Cost per Acquisition) and ROI
A/B test landing pages and funnels for enrollment optimization
3. SEO & Content Growth
Build SEO strategy for online programs (domestic + international markets)
Create SEO key words and contents (blogs, landing pages, program pages)
Improve organic rankings for education-related keywords
Increasing the student leads and group links
4. Marketing Automation & CRM
Manage CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Design automated student journey funnels (lead → application → enrollment)
Implement AI chatbots and lead scoring systems
5. Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI
Track KPIs: CPL, CPA, conversion rate, enrollment yield
Provide weekly performance reports to leadership
6. Brand & Campaign Development
Develop digital campaigns for international student recruitment
Support launch of new AI, hospitality, ESL, and business programs
Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms
Required Qualifications:
Digital marketing educational background
2+ years in digital marketing (education sector preferred)
Strong experience with paid media and SEO
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
Strong understanding of AI tools in marketing (ChatGPT, automation workflows, analytics tools)
Data-driven mindset with strong KPI accountability
Preferred Skills
Experience in private college or international student recruitment
Knowledge of Canadian education market
Funnel optimization & conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Video marketing and TikTok/short-form content strategy
Basic HTML/landing page understanding
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Cost per lead (CPL) reduction
Enrollment conversion rate increase
ROI on paid campaigns (target 3x–8x depending on program)
Organic traffic growth (SEO)
Lead-to-enrollment funnel efficiency
International student application growth
