- Construct, maintain, alter, repair, and test electric or electronic systems and components that are integral to the operation’s mining activities
- Perform duties that range from routine preventative maintenance on mining equipment to repairing major breakdowns in a shop or a field environment
- Complete installations, perform maintenance and troubleshoot in a processing plant environment
- Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Electrician Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controls (PLC), variable frequency drive (VFD), motor control center (MCC), and microprocessors
- Understanding of the Electrical Code
- Familiarity with reading electrical schematics and prints
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications
University graduate with a degree in geotechnical, geological or civil (geotechnical) engineering;
Possess EGBC registration (P.Eng. license)
Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Geotechnical/Geostructural engineering field, at least 10 of those years in consulting engineering in British Columbia
Experience with Detailed Design, Design Build and Owner’s Engineer Technical Advisor and Technical Peer Review role;
Geotechnical seismic design including site specific response analysis, liquefaction analysis, fully coupled dynamic soil-structure interaction analysis and geostructural foundation, lateral support and ground treatment design;

The position would be working alongside an experienced glazier to help install and repair glass in various settings, such as residential and commercial buildings. This includes handling glass panels, frames, and related hardware.
You may also be responsible for preparing the work area by removing old or broken glass, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring that the area is safe and organized. This may involve using hand and power tools, as well as following safety protocols.
You will be supporting the glazier in installing glass panels, frames, and related components. This may involve lifting and positioning glass, securing it in place, and applying sealants or adhesives.
A good understanding of safety procedures and knowledge of how to use basic power tools and hand tools would be preferred. You must also have the physical strength to comfortably lift heavy glass. • Ability to organize workload, work under periodic pressure and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
