Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers, take orders, and serve food efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and sales
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Support team members during busy periods by multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Uphold sanitation standards by following proper cleaning protocols and safety procedures

Requirements
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is advantageous but not mandatory
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Experience in cashiering, serving, or food preparation roles is beneficial for success in this position
