Daily rates @ $185/night weekends, $99/night weekdays include a full hot breakfast in our main floor Dining Room.
Single rate for a one month stay $2400/month. Ideal for Executive stays. Rate for two adults is $2500. Bus stop at the corner!
Lakefront park & downtown historic Port Perry 4 mins away by car, 20 minute walk.
Local pond and forest with creek.
Pet friendly -one dog-max one week stay.
The Guest Room, with private 4pc bath, is up one flight of stairs-Includes High speed Rogers Xfinity internet and TV, Prime video, Paramount, StackTV, hydro, water, heat, a/c, linens, towels, keurig coffee maker, desk & chair, 28” flat screen tv, luxury queen bed, dresser, night table, dishes, utensils, shared use with one other guest room of Coffee/Sitting area with your dedicated mini fridge, shared microwave, toaster oven, table, chairs and adjacent balcony.
