2 bedroom one bathroom flat in Gibbons Ch Ch Barbados, will be available for 6 months from mid April.

Gibbons is 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Oistins fishing village and Miami beach, by car. There is bus service but you need to walk out (10 mins) to bus route.

Master bedroom is air conditioned. Flat is fully furnished, including washer dryer, linens, tableware, kitchen ware, pots and pans. All utilities are included, electricity, water, land line, internet, cable TV, garbage & recycling.

Owner lives upstairs and we have 2 dogs that you will not have to interact with unless you wish to. However you will hear them barking at monkeys or the icecream van, and or other neighborhood dogs.We have trees and therefore monkeys are from time to time abundant, the tribes roam so their presence is unpredictable. You will also hear planes coming in as we are near the airport.

The Barbados government is presently offering up to a 1 year entry Visa, known as the Welcome Stamp. This is for people who work remotely from home. This apartment is especially suited for Welcome Stampers, as you do not need to commit or sign a lease. Book for 2 weeks or a month, stay if you like it here. Or just use this as your jump off point, check out the island, compare areas, prices and make an informed decision. My parents live in Belleville Ontario and it's their apartment for the winter.
