Gee Tee Holdings is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our Landscaping division for the summer season from May to August 2026. This front-line role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and organizational skills.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service while supporting daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage front window sales, assisting customers and contractors
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and handle payment transactions accurately
- Prepare quotes for landscaping materials and assist customers with product selection and project needs
- Coordinate orders and deliveries with customers and Gee Tee drivers
- Communicate with delivery driver using a 2-way radio
- Assist customers with loading products (i.e. bags of soil) into their vehicles when required
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk sales area
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are required to
ensure clear communication, safety, and accurate documentation.
- Comfortable handling cash and processing payments (debit, credit card)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable talking on a 2-way radio
- Basic computer skills (email, order entry, etc.)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
HOURS OF WORK & HOURLY RATE
- Term: May 2026 to August 29, 2026
- Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday’s 8:30 am
to 3:00 pm
- Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
