Main duties &responsibilities
Coordinate with the acupuncturist, Massage therapist and other supporting staff to facilitate ongoing communication about clinic services, policies, and marketing plans.
Collect and leverage data to identify the effectiveness of current marketing plans.
Propose and implement marketing campaigns appropriate for mainstream media platforms timely.
Plan, advertise and organize physical and virtual information sessions or promotion events.
Explore new partnership opportunities and publicity measures to increase the clinic’s public recognition and promote the clinic’s services.
Distribute surveys to patients, collect patients’ feed-backs, analyze patients demographics and service preference, and present results to other departments.
Attend events, seminars, galas on behalf of the clinic.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the press.
Research on new marketing trends and develop and implement innovative marketing solutions for targeted groups.
Assist in the preparation of clinic brochures, reports, newsletter and other promotional events.
Generate positive publicity and accurate information releases through the company’s website and official social media accounts.
Conduct marketing performance analysis and post-event assessment, and prepare regular marketing department reports.
Supervise professional and support staff and students or volunteers
Perform administrative tasksQualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education is required
1 year of experience in marketing, sales, media, or business management is required
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hold a valid Class 3 driver license with less than 5 demerits.

Performs pre and post trip inspections using electronic programs.
