Single mother with 2 school aged children looking for a long term rental in the salmo/Ymir, or Nelson area.

Had to move out of area due to lack of rentals two years ago, really hoping to be able to move back to be closer to family. Our current lease is up in June, so hoping to find something between June and September when school starts. Can afford up to 2000$ a month, but less would be happily accepted also. Comfortable with wood stove and 4x4 access homes. We have one old lab who is very mellow and gentle, and one spayed female kitty who is indoor/outdoor.
