If you can't make it into the store on December 15th, you can pre-order your carved and dressed candle here on EventBrite! You'll have your choice of candle colour and dressing oil in the checkout section, along with space to note down your intention for this candle. We'll take care of the rest.

Nutritional imbalances in our cells and organs have been known for a long time. Many people do not get enough essential nutrients: about 90% are low in potassium, 70% in calcium, and 80% in vitamin E. More than half of the population also lacks vitamins A, C, and magnesium. Vitamin D deficiency affects at least 50% of individuals, regardless of age, and nearly 90% of those with darker skin are also lacking this vitamin. According to the CDC, 60% of adults have one or more chronic diseases, which can often be improved with targeted nutrition for cells.
Most people don’t realize that Medical Doctors do not get training in cellular nutrition, which is different from just having a "balanced diet." Understanding this can lead to surprising health benefits. I wish I had known this 30 years ago. For the past 25 years, I was confused by misleading "new age" marketing. In the end, I found myself in a doctor's office, where I was given many pills that only made me feel worse.
Thyroid issues are becoming more common each year. Problems with the pituitary gland can lead to symptoms like tension headaches, migraines, vision problems, and glaucoma. The term "allergy" was redefined in 1925, leaving out many conditions, including hypersensitivity. Hypoglycemia is often seen in psychiatric patients and those with aggressive behaviors. Essential fatty acids are frequently missing from North American diets. As people age, stomach acid and other important substances usually decrease, especially in those over 40. This decline in gut health and nutrient absorption can harm cellular reproduction.

I’m launching a public speaking group workshop for those on the shy side in January … it’s five people maximum and we meet twice a month for 3 months (Tuesday evenings from 7:15 – 9:30 pm). The workshop is hands-on and highly interactive with individual check-ins in between sessions. We meet online in a safe, supportive and happy space! Price is budget-friendly.
I am passionate about helping people find their authentic voice and embrace the joy that comes from confident self-expression.
