We are a group of men looking to break the stigma of men’s mental health. Together we want to listen, understand, validate, respect and honor one another. Together we can learn to stop hiding in the shadows and create a positive atmosphere where vulnerability is not only welcomed but encouraged.
We are a diverse group of men from all walks of life. We come from different ethnicities, religious groups, races and creeds.
We want to provide a space where men can overcome the shame, and be welcomed to be vulnerable and accepted to cope with environmental factors and the lack of resources men face in regards to mental health. We wish to unravel the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. We are a peer support group. None of us are professional counselors.
Meetings run every Monday from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm. At The CMHA Building at 1301 Ave P North. If the need arises, we will offer an option to join via Zoom.

sent you some Bitcoin!
Referral Code: MNG-RAFTING-FLG
https://emberfund.onelink.me/ljTI/jgwznb5o?
mining_referrer_id=MNG-RAFTING-FLG
Either download the app ember and enter the referral code or copy and paste the url in your browser.
Its truly a great app for earning money/bitcoin. With using my referral code you get free bitcoin.
Using the app you can do tasks for cash, its better than ones like free cash because they actually pay you and dont screen you out like freecash does its a bitcoin mining app that pays, truly. With its own gambling/games section. They have live dealers, or slots and even originals. Very fast and responsive app. Ive literally stopped playing on casino sites because I use this app now. Its so good im actually referring it to everyone and anyone.
The more people you refer the more mining satoshi you get per hour. And with the projected price of bitcoin to be 800 000$ in 2 years. This is a real thing, google bitcoin halving. Its a good investment of time and money.
But, theres only so much info I can share you'll have to check it out on your own. If you do use my referral. Message me if you need help. They have their own messaging system in app or you can message me through here.
Truly have a look at all the benefits they have to offer, good thing to do with your free time. Get paid to play!! :]

Feel “Off” — But Can’t Pinpoint Why?
Many people live with subtle, sub-clinical health issues linked to nutrient imbalances at the cellular level — similar to how plants struggle when their soil lacks key nutrients (even if they’re being watered).
We want better energy. Better focus. Better recovery.
But the real question is: How do you know what you actually need?
The health industry is overwhelming.
New trends. New supplements. Endless marketing.
How many times have you stood in the health food aisle thinking,
“I should probably take something…”
But not knowing what — or why?
Before spending more money guessing…
Get a free general cellular symptom assessment to help you look at your symptoms in a more structured way.
No cost. No pressure. Just information.
Start here:
https://www.MeasureTheMatrix.com/symptom-measure-tool.html
Measure first. Then decide.

Greetings!
Are you a man who is experiencing relationship, divorce, child custody problems AS WELL as health problems?
I'm trying to start a REMOTE internet regular meeting session revolving around neglected men's issues like:
divorce, relationships, "mental health," various health issues like alcohol drug addiction and others. Usually most health and relationship issues are subclinical nutritional deficiencies and imbalances.
many men are shamed into avoiding discussing in the community and especially with their family and family doctors.
Are you interested in a meeting like this as I am?
If so, I am hosting a weekly ZOOM REMOTE meeting every SATURDAY night at 7pm EST.
No judgemental, non religious group meeting
Please send me a message if you're interested, OK? Thanks!

They were trained to follow orders, but also sworn to defend the Constitution.
During COVID-19, U.S. service members were given orders that many believed were unlawful, and told their careers depended on compliance.
Some obeyed. Others refused. Nearly all paid a price.
‘DUTY TO DISOBEY’ reveals what happened to those who refused, and why their story matters to every American and beyond.
This is a film about courage under pressure, institutional failure, and the quiet line where lawful authority ends. It wasn't just in one place where that happened. It was everywhere and it affected all of us. This story is our story.
THEATRICAL PREMIERE | June 30, 2026.
In Canada as of the date of this ad being put up, ROCKY CINEMAS IN ROCKY MOUNTAIN HOUSE, AB is the ONLY Canadian host where you will be able to see this movie premiere in a cinema.
How the film was meant to be experienced—together. Thousands will gather in theaters across the world for one night only.
Support the Film. Defend the Truth.
DUTY TO DISOBEY is an independent film, made possible by people who believe constitutional duty doesn’t end when orders become unlawful.
