**Classes are online**
I am an experienced French tutor with over 9 years in teaching – I am also a polyglot that speaks 6 languages fluently, and I have a background in French linguistics and language acquisition.
I offer PERSONALIZED + PRIVATE lessons for GRADE 8 - 12 students in:
- Pre IB
- IB program
- FINAL IB EXAM PREPARATION
- French Immersion
- Core French
In all lessons, I follow the provincial or IB curriculum for ministry mandated topics, and I supplement students in their weaker areas as needed. Students have improved from 75% to 90% for core French and from a low 4 to a mid-6 for IB under my teaching.
Gr.11 IB students will receive mock exams to familiarize themselves with the exam format, style, and marking scheme. I know how examiners mark IB exams, so students will receive specialized coaching from me.
Class rates depend on your grade, so please indicate it to receive the appropriate hourly rate from me. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours. Please leave your phone number, student grade, purpose of tutoring, and availability to get started on our first lesson.

Are you looking for a Strong, Durable Affordable Structure?
CONGRATULATIONS!! You have found Us!!
We spent years of researching the ins and outs of building homes with shipping containers, and only use the RIGHT MATERIALS to make sure your dream does not turn into a NIGHTMARE !!
Our professionals at Stormproofcans are now available as Designers, or GC's to build your durable, healthy, affordable dream structure with shipping containers.
With our team of designers and engineers, we help you to create a comfortable, efficient building that suits your needs, and is a great environmental choice.
Anything from a garage, house, storage, to even a code compliant multi family rental building, or workers camp / bridge housing are possible.
If you can think of it, we can design & create the building! The structures are created using 8'x20' and 8'x40' modular steel units (shipping containers), which can be stacked and combined in almost every way imaginable. (interior walls can be removed). Please keep in mind that fancy configurations often need extra structural support and engineering, which can add significant costs to your project.
Keeping it simple, here are some prices for basic designs:
Storage Shed, 8'X20'. From $ 6,500
Double Garage, 20'X24' with slope roof. From $ 45,000
DON'T FORGET THIS INCLUDES THE FLOOR !!
(20'X32' only $ 60,000)
A.D.U. Heat/Cool, 20'X16' from $ 57,000 ( Gov. grants !!)
House, 2 Br 800 sf, With covered porch. From $ 100,000 !
30 people (unit-8'x10'), Bridge Housing / Workers Camp with toilets(4), showers(4), kitchen and office. From $ 550,000
For more information, please look us up on the web "Stormproofcans', or socials at -x- and Fb.
Depending on your design, Regular Mortgages, Grants, as well as Financing and Leasing options may be available. CMHC now guarantees mortgages for some Housing built with Containers !!
Please note that we only use Clean, New (one trip) Containers.
Savings would be possible by using older containers, however due to possible chemical contamination, and the work needed to properly fix them, we DO NOT use, or recommend them. If you are really stubborn, and well aware of the disadvantages, we may still sell you one !!

Hello, my name is Jocelyn I am a recently a single mother of 4 beautiful children.
I am actively looking for work, and in need of child care to feel confident about accepting
a position this summer.
I have applied to subsidy, but unless I have a job they will not approve.
leaving me not confident in job interviews because my first responsibility is my children's care.
Camp experience will benefit my children for socialization, recreation, and educational reasons this summer.
while also allowing us to hold structure and discipline in our routine over the summer months.
while benefiting me to get back into the work force after being the stay at home parent prior and now being a single full-time without any friends or family help or support or involvement, this has me turning to the system & community for supports and resources.
anything contributed it much appreciated, camp 1 cost $5,847.00 for all 4 children for 7 weeks, camp 2 $2,340 for all for 4 kids for 2 weeks. grand total of $8,187.00 as there is a limit of enrollment at camp one only allow so many weeks consecutively.
I set my goal to 10,000 to accommodate lunches, and travel expenses to have everything run smoothly.
payments start in May at $1,461.75 a week for camp 1 split over 4 weeks.
I appreciate any and all contributions.
let's come together for the kids and make some children happy this summer!!

Feeling “Off” But Can’t Explain Why?
Low energy. Brain fog. Slow recovery. Poor sleep. Mood swings.
Sometimes it’s not a disease — it’s your cells not getting what they need.
Just like plants can look “okay” but still be nutrient-deficient in the soil, many of us experience subtle, sub-clinical health issues linked to cellular nutrient imbalances.
The problem?
The health industry is LOUD.
Every week there’s a new supplement, superfood, detox, or trend.
You walk into the health food aisle thinking, “I should probably take something…”
But what? And why?
Before you spend more money guessing…

No gimmicks. Just a structured way to look at your symptoms differently.

Just seeing whos out there that likes Math
Simple Math for now
If you like to text then get the number from calculation
if you get the number right send a text and will know you did the right math haha have fun
X1 = (123) first 3 numbers
X2 = (xxx) (123) next 3 numbers
X3 = (xxx) (xxx) (1234) last 4 numbers
lower case x means multiply
Find out X1
X1 + 48% = 370
Find out X2
X2 = X1 x 3.2
Find out X3
X3 = X1 - 228 = XX now XX x 337 = X3
