Our Team
Our Newfoundland and Labrador Operations are an integrated mining, milling, and processing operation. Nickel concentrate from the fly-in, fly-out Voisey's Bay operation is shipped to our state-of-art Long Harbour Processing Plant where it is refined into low-carbon and high-purity nickel rounds, cobalt rounds and copper cathodes.
The Underground Fixed Plant Maintenance team consists of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation journeypersons and apprentice trades, engineers and planners. The team is responsible for maintaining all fixed assets throughout the Eastern Deeps and Reid Brook Mines. This includes dewatering pumps, ventilation equipment, portable refuge stations, 13.8kV/1000V/600V power distribution equipment and bulk material handling systems. The team is also integrated into the U/G mine development cycle by supporting power, ventilation, dewatering, LTE and communications installations as the mines advance.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician – Underground Instrumentation Technician to join our Underground Fixed Plant Maintenance department in Voisey's Bay, NL. This is a permanent position.
This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician – Underground Instrumentation Technician is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, overhauling, servicing, and maintaining equipment within the underground mines' facilities. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Participate and advocate in a Zero Harm safety culture and all Health, Safety, Environment, and Security programs within Vale.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and conduct periodic calibration of instruments on a wide range of equipment including analyzers, belt rip detectors, PLC and process control equipment, communication networks, data logging equipment, and field monitoring equipment.
- Install, program, and calibrate new equipment (rebuild as needed) and evaluate latest technologies for feasibility and efficiencies.
- Perform checks and maintenance according to preventive maintenance plans on equipment controls including generators, mills, crushers, pumps, conveyors, PLC's, diesel motors, and other equipment.
- Complete breakdown, corrective, and minor reports.
- Inspect, examine, and test parts to recommend the extent and nature of the work to be done.
- Test, adjust, and calibrate systems for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer's specifications and the functional needs of the operation.
- Adjust, calibrate, repair, or replace defective parts and components of the equipment systems.
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure that work detailed on work order has been completed to meet safety standards.
- Provide feedback improvement suggestions to the supervisor and planner and implement those that are within your ability.
- Improve equipment availability and efficiency through quality maintenance and failure analysis.
About You
Education:
- College diploma in Instrumentation and Control Technician is required.
- An Interprovincial Red Seal Certification in the above trade is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years Journeyperson experience.
- Previous mining or heavy industrial experience would be an asset.
- Previous experience with underground conveyors, dewatering systems, and communication systems would be an asset.
- Previous experience in control valve maintenance and repair.
- Previous experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical valve actuators.
Skills:
- Ability to work within an underground mine setting, which could include conditions such as: various temperature fluctuation, wet, damp, cramped, and dark work areas.
- Demonstrate an excellent attendance record and proven safety performance.
- Display strong technical skills, fault finding, and repairing complex electrical, instrumentation and communications systems.
- Knowledge of the repair and maintenance of fixed plant equipment.
- Innovation and ability to use initiative.
- Flexibility regarding work activities and type of work requirements.
- The ability to work in a multi-discipline, multi-tasking, team environment.

Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Apprentice – Truck & Transport Mechanic is responsible for the preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of medium and other light vehicles on site. The Maintenance Apprentice – Truck & Transport Mechanic is also responsible for maintaining equipment safely and effectively to meet performance requirements and the needs of the organization. The Maintenance Apprentice – Truck & Transport Mechanic will work out of the Light Vehicle Shop with a diverse team of various tradespeople. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Service, inspect, and repair various makes and models of diesel-powered medium and light-duty equipment, as well as small gasoline powered recreational and utility vehicles.
- Ensure safe operating conditions of the medium and light vehicle fleet.
- Diagnose and repair driveline, fuel, exhaust, cooling, electrical, or any other medium or light vehicle issues.
- Use various types of diagnostic equipment including OEM and aftermarket systems.
- Provide part requirements and labour estimates to plan future repairs.
- Complete other job-related documentation and paperwork as required.
- Work with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving departmental performance objectives.
About You

We are currently seeking Underground Mine Beginners to join our Underground Operations team in Voisey's Bay, NL.
This permanent position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
Under the supervision of the Underground Mine Operations Supervisor, the primary role of the Underground Mine Beginner is to complete assigned construction and development mining tasks, receiving on the job training to acquire the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to operate within the underground mine area. The Underground Mine Beginner is a classification within the progression plan, in which employees will have the opportunity to develop skills and experience for advancement.
Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Perform activities such as scaling loose rock, operating handheld drills, installing staging and installing and maintaining piping systems and Under Ground ventilation systems.
- Ensure knowledge of all safety policies and strictly adhere to them.
- Become familiar with the safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- Complete training as required, including all required safety training.
- Participate in crew safety meetings.
- Perform housekeeping activities.
About You
Education:
- Minimum Grade 10 secondary school.
- Successful completion of the 5-week Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core training program.
Experience:
- 6 months of industrial experience and/or heavy equipment operation experience would be considered an asset.

Our Team
Our Newfoundland and Labrador Operations are an integrated mining, milling, and processing operation. Nickel concentrate from the fly-in, fly-out Voisey's Bay operation is shipped to our state-of-art Long Harbour Processing Plant where it is refined into low-carbon and high-purity nickel rounds, cobalt rounds and copper cathodes.
The Underground Fixed Plant Maintenance team consists of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation journeypersons and apprentice trades, engineers and planners. The team is responsible for maintaining all fixed assets throughout the Eastern Deeps and Reid Brook Mines. This includes dewatering pumps, ventilation equipment, portable refuge stations, 13.8kV/1000V/600V power distribution equipment and bulk material handling systems. The team is also integrated into the U/G mine development cycle by supporting power, ventilation, dewatering, LTE and communications installations as the mines advance.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician – Underground Electrician to join our Underground Fixed Plant Maintenance department in Voisey's Bay, NL. This is a permanent position.
This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician – Underground Electrician is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, overhauling, servicing, and maintaining equipment within the underground mines' facilities. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Install new electrical infrastructure and components.
- Perform preventive checks according to preventive maintenance plans on equipment including 1000V Mobile Electric equipment, Underground LTE communications network, Electric pumps, conveyors, PLC's, 13.8KV/5KV/600V/120/208 power systems, and other fixed plant underground equipment for proper performance.
- Inspect equipment for detect faults and malfunctions.
- Set a high standard in safety and help promote safety with peers.
- Complete breakdown, corrective and minor reports.

About You
Education:
- College diploma in Industrial Electrician.
- An Interprovincial Red Seal certification in the above trade is required.
- An Interprovincial Construction Electrician Red Seal with heavy industrial experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' Journeyperson experience.
- Previous mining or heavy industrial experience is required.
- Experience in an underground environment is an asset
- Previous experience with high voltage, underground conveyors, dewatering systems, and communication systems would be an asset.

The Health and Safety Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a safety culture within Site location. Our Team
Our Newfoundland and Labrador Operations are an integrated mining, milling, and processing operation. Nickel concentrate from the fly-in, fly-out Voisey's Bay operation is shipped to our state-of-art Long Harbour Processing Plant where it is refined into low-carbon and high-purity nickel rounds, cobalt rounds and copper cathodes.
The Underground Fixed Plant Maintenance team consists of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation journeypersons and apprentice trades, engineers and planners. The team is responsible for maintaining all fixed assets throughout the Eastern Deeps and Reid Brook Mines. This includes dewatering pumps, ventilation equipment, portable refuge stations, 13.8kV/1000V/600V power distribution equipment and bulk material handling systems. The team is also integrated into the U/G mine development cycle by supporting power, ventilation, dewatering, LTE and communications installations as the mines advance.
The Opportunity

This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, the Maintenance Apprentice – Underground Electrician is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, overhauling, servicing, and maintaining equipment within the underground mines' facilities. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Install new electrical infrastructure and components.
- Perform preventive checks according to preventive maintenance plans on equipment including 1000V Mobile Electric equipment, Underground LTE communications network, Electric pumps, conveyors, PLC's, 13.8KV/5KV/600V/120/208 power systems, and other fixed plant underground equipment for proper performance.
- Inspect equipment for detect faults and malfunctions.
- Set a high standard in safety and help promote safety with peers.
- Complete breakdown, corrective and minor reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting of plant electrical components.
- Inspect, examine and test parts to recommend the extent and nature of the work to be done.
- Test and adjust repaired systems for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer's specifications and the functional needs of the operation.
- Adjust, repair or replace defective parts and components of the equipment systems.
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure that work detailed on work order has been completed to meet safety standards.

We are currently seeking a Contracts Assistant to join our FP&A team supporting our Voisey's Bay operations. This permanent position will be on a Monday to Friday schedule working primarily from the St. John's office.
The Contracts Assistant (CA) will provide support to the Voisey's Bay Mine Site following the corporate guidelines, procedures, Vale values and policies. Reporting to the VNL Finance Manager the CA will be responsible for managing the invoicing and accrual process and provide support to contract owners within the operations. The CA will strive to work safely at all times and immediately highlight unsafe work conditions to your team. In this position, you will:
Manage and control the invoice process from invoice receipt to entry of final Service Entry Sheet. Including maintaining an invoice log, tracking of invoice processing KPI's, coordination with contract coordinators throughout the invoice review process, communication with vendors etc.
Manage and control the accrual process including managing the accrual tracker and coordination with managers and superintendents to ensure costs are accrued accurately and timely.
Work with both the Business Analysts and the Contracts team to provide input into the forecasting process.
Perform other general related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician – Underground Instrumentation Technician is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, overhauling, servicing, and maintaining equipment within the underground mines' facilities. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Participate and advocate in a Zero Harm safety culture and all Health, Safety, Environment, and Security programs within Vale.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and conduct periodic calibration of instruments on a wide range of equipment including analyzers, belt rip detectors, PLC and process control equipment, communication networks, data logging equipment, and field monitoring equipment.
- Install, program, and calibrate new equipment (rebuild as needed) and evaluate latest technologies for feasibility and efficiencies.
- Perform checks and maintenance according to preventive maintenance plans on equipment controls including generators, mills, crushers, pumps, conveyors, PLC's, diesel motors, and other equipment.
- Complete breakdown, corrective, and minor reports.

Our Team
Our Newfoundland and Labrador Operations are an integrated mining, milling, and processing operation. The Mine Maintenance department is responsible for the maintenance on all mobile equipment at the Voisey's Bay Mine Site. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Apprentice – Truck & Transport Mechanic to join our Surface Mobile Maintenance department in Voisey's Bay, NL. This is a permanent position.
This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Apprentice – Truck & Transport Mechanic is responsible for the preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of medium and other light vehicles on site. The Maintenance Apprentice – Truck & Transport Mechanic is also responsible for maintaining equipment safely and effectively to meet performance requirements and the needs of the organization. The Maintenance Apprentice – Truck & Transport Mechanic will work out of the Light Vehicle Shop with a diverse team of various tradespeople. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Service, inspect, and repair various makes and models of diesel-powered medium and light-duty equipment, as well as small gasoline powered recreational and utility vehicles.
- Ensure safe operating conditions of the medium and light vehicle fleet.
- Diagnose and repair driveline, fuel, exhaust, cooling, electrical, or any other medium or light vehicle issues.
- Use various types of diagnostic equipment including OEM and aftermarket systems.
- Provide part requirements and labour estimates to plan future repairs.
- Complete other job-related documentation and paperwork as required.
- Work with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving departmental performance objectives.
About You
Education:
- College diploma in Truck and Transport Mechanic.
- Must qualify or be registered as an apprentice in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Experience:

We are currently seeking a Contracts Assistant to join our FP&A team supporting our Voisey's Bay operations. This permanent position will be on a Monday to Friday schedule working primarily from the St. John's office.
The Contracts Assistant (CA) will provide support to the Voisey's Bay Mine Site following the corporate guidelines, procedures, Vale values and policies. Reporting to the VNL Finance Manager the CA will be responsible for managing the invoicing and accrual process and provide support to contract owners within the operations. The CA will strive to work safely at all times and immediately highlight unsafe work conditions to your team. In this position, you will:
Manage and control the invoice process from invoice receipt to entry of final Service Entry Sheet. Including maintaining an invoice log, tracking of invoice processing KPI's, coordination with contract coordinators throughout the invoice review process, communication with vendors etc.
Manage and control the accrual process including managing the accrual tracker and coordination with managers and superintendents to ensure costs are accrued accurately and timely.
Work with both the Business Analysts and the Contracts team to provide input into the forecasting process.
Perform other general related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
About You
Education:

Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician – Underground Electrician is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, overhauling, servicing, and maintaining equipment within the underground mines' facilities. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Install new electrical infrastructure and components.
- Perform preventive checks according to preventive maintenance plans on equipment including 1000V Mobile Electric equipment, Underground LTE communications network, Electric pumps, conveyors, PLC's, 13.8KV/5KV/600V/120/208 power systems, and other fixed plant underground equipment for proper performance.
- Inspect equipment for detect faults and malfunctions.
- Set a high standard in safety and help promote safety with peers.
- Complete breakdown, corrective and minor reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting of plant electrical components.
- Inspect, examine, and test parts to recommend the extent and nature of the work to be done.
- Test and adjust repaired systems for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer's specifications and the functional needs of the operation.
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and components of the equipment systems.
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure that work detailed on work order has been completed to meet safety standards.
- Provide feedback improvement suggestions to the supervisor and planner and implement those that are within your ability.
- Improve equipment availability and efficiency through quality maintenance and failure analysis.
About You
Education:
- College diploma in Industrial Electrician.
- An Interprovincial Red Seal certification in the above trade is required.
- An Interprovincial Construction Electrician Red Seal with heavy industrial experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' Journeyperson experience.
- Previous mining or heavy industrial experience is required.
- Experience in an underground environment is an asset
- Previous experience with high voltage, underground conveyors, dewatering systems, and communication systems would be an asset.

This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
Reporting to the Mechanical Surface Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician - Millwright is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, overhauling, servicing, and maintaining equipment within the concentrator facilities. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Perform preventive checks according to preventive maintenance plans on equipment including mills, crushers, pumps, conveyors, diesel motors, and other fixed plant equipment for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
- Complete breakdown, corrective, and minor reports.
- Inspect, examine, and test parts in order to recommend the extent and nature of the work to be done.
- Test and adjust repaired systems for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer's specifications and the functional needs of the operation.
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and components of the equipment systems.
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure that work detailed on work order has been completed to meet safety standards.
- Provide feedback improvement suggestions to the supervisor and planner and implement those that are within your ability.
- Improve equipment availability and efficiency through quality maintenance and failure analysis.

About You
Education:
- College diploma in Millwright.
- Red Seal certification in the above trade is required.
- Welding and/or Pipefitting experience would be considered an asset.

- Minimum of 5 years Journeyperson experience.
- Previous mining experience is required.
- Knowledge of the repair and maintenance of fixed equipment.
- Previous experience in conveyor belt splicing would be considered an asset.

We are currently seeking a Contracts Assistant to join our FP&A team supporting our Voisey's Bay operations. This permanent position will be on a Monday to Friday schedule working primarily from the St. John's office.
The Contracts Assistant (CA) will provide support to the Voisey's Bay Mine Site following the corporate guidelines, procedures, Vale values and policies. Reporting to the VNL Finance Manager the CA will be responsible for managing the invoicing and accrual process and provide support to contract owners within the operations. The CA will strive to work safely at all times and immediately highlight unsafe work conditions to your team. In this position, you will:
Manage and control the invoice process from invoice receipt to entry of final Service Entry Sheet. Including maintaining an invoice log, tracking of invoice processing KPI's, coordination with contract coordinators throughout the invoice review process, communication with vendors etc.
Manage and control the accrual process including managing the accrual tracker and coordination with managers and superintendents to ensure costs are accrued accurately and timely.
Work with both the Business Analysts and the Contracts team to provide input into the forecasting process.
Perform other general related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Reporting to the Mechanical Surface Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician - Millwright is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, overhauling, servicing, and maintaining equipment within the concentrator facilities. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Perform preventive checks according to preventive maintenance plans on equipment including mills, crushers, pumps, conveyors, diesel motors, and other fixed plant equipment for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
- Complete breakdown, corrective, and minor reports.
- Inspect, examine, and test parts in order to recommend the extent and nature of the work to be done.
- Test and adjust repaired systems for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer's specifications and the functional needs of the operation.
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and components of the equipment systems.
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure that work detailed on work order has been completed to meet safety standards.
- Provide feedback improvement suggestions to the supervisor and planner and implement those that are within your ability.
- Improve equipment availability and efficiency through quality maintenance and failure analysis.

- Red Seal certification in the above trade is required.

We are currently seeking a Mine Planner to join our Mines Technical Services department in St. John's, NL. This is a permanent position.
This position will be based in the St. John's office working a Monday to Friday schedule, with travel to the Voisey's Bay Mine Site as required.
Reporting to the Divisional Supervisor, the Mine Planner is to provide mine engineering services as required for the mine department in a cost effective and timely manner. The Mine Planner has accountability for providing high quality mining engineering services to the operating mine in support of safe, optimized and sustainable ore extraction.
Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Design underground stopes using the Deswik mine design software.
- Produce and issue packages for all stoping activities including ITH drilling, blasting and backfilling.
- Create development designs for level development, ramp development, and raise development required to safely excavate the ore.
- Collect, document, and assess engineering data within the mine, specifically responsible for the short term mine planning.
- Develop the plan that will be followed to mine the deposit. Using the orebody model of the deposit created by the Geology team, the Mine Planner designs the underground mine, decides what methods and equipment will be used for accessing and extracting ore and waste material and provide a schedule for the removal of this material.
- Ensure safety is first and foremost in all aspects of planning by using applicable standards and guidelines.
- Provide input for cost development and life of mine scheduling.
- Communicate the mine plan to the mine operations group, providing technical assistance as required.
About You
Education:
- An undergraduate degree in Mining Engineering or Diploma in Mining Technology.
- Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Newfoundland and Labrador.
- Mining Engineer-in-Training (EIT) applications are also welcome.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in an underground mining with a preferred focus on mine production planning and mine engineering.

Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Engineer will provide expertise in the Mobile Maintenance department encompassing all mobile equipment. They will act as a leader in improving the overall equipment performance and reducing costs through establishment and implementation of proactive and reactive maintenance programs. They will, lead the development of maintenance team skills in improvement related activities, continuously monitor and analyze equipment performance, and facilitate improvement projects based on this data. Additionally, in this position, you will:
- Increase equipment availability and efficiency.
- Identify and capture opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
- Keep current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.
- Help manage planning for equipment and maintenance resources.
- Apply asset management and maintenance systems data.

We are currently seeking a Lead, Project & Shutdown Management to join our VNL Project Execution department in Voisey's Bay, NL. This is a permanent position.
This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
The Project & Shutdown Management Lead will lead projects ($10-15M annually) assigned by Project & Shutdown Superintendent including the management and co-ordination of all activities from FEL 1 studies through AFE approval, execution and handover to the Project Owner. This includes management of detailed engineering design, procurement, project controls (Safety, Scope, Schedule, Quality, Cost), systems, construction support and management services for individua. Projects. They will execute work using project management framework in a streamlined and effective manner and work in partnership with respective operations and support areas (reliability, engineering, environmental, legal, procurement etc.) to ensure efficient and safe execution of scope, schedule, budget and quality. To assist in the requisitioning of parts & services associated with the Project, as well as to create work orders, operations and manage the Schedule associated with Project and Shutdown work in SAP. This includes collaborating with relevant site schedulers to ensure work is integrated into the 7/21 schedule and major events calendar. They will also work with Site operational planning teams to create the Master Schedule for the Plant shutdowns.
Additionally, in this position you will:
- Execute approved Capital, Operating, and Period projects and shutdowns from FEL 1 through final execution including related commissioning/operational readiness. (12–24-month horizon).
- Supervise Vale employees, construction coordination and technical support personnel required to provide project support during project execution.
- Integrate work execution with Project Engineer(s) and Project Controls Coordinator(s) in line with optimized project and shutdown processes.
- Work with Site operational planning teams to create the Master Schedule for the Plant shutdowns.
Safety
- Lead PHRs, JHAs, MOCs, Lift Plans and manage the Project Risk registry as required for the safe execution of the project.
- Monitor and audit compliance to the safety controls, Project Safety Plan and other Vale Standards.
- Ensure adequate supervision is always provided when execution work is occurring.
- Enter and manage I.M.s as required to document safety incidents, conditions, and near misses through the course of the Project (i.e., Norcat Indoctrinations, ZES, etc.).
- Supervise the safe execution of field project work (executed by external or internal resources) as required.
- Develop and implement project safety strategies.
Scope
- Develop and/or coordinate the project charter and the scope of work, work design planning and the execution phase of projects as assigned (Capital, Operating and Planned Maintenance Period).
- Create work methodology for Risk Assessments (PHRs or JHAs).
- Provide construction coordination for Capital and Operating project and coordinate service contractor work.
- Create and manage Field Work Instructions and Contract Change Orders
- Coordinate and resolve contract issues with support from peers, Engineering, Contract Management Office, Safety Supervisors and Procurement.
- Manage contractor Lenel and gate access process for all contracts.
- Manage and monitor contractor work approvals, site access, quality, efficiency, qualifications, and safety.
- Create operations, identifying resources and durations as required to adequately manage the project in SAP.

Schedule
- Manage schedule adherence, slippage, and mitigation actions.

Quality

- Review and approve Requisitions for services and Service Entry Sheets related to projects.
- Audit invoices and confirm adherence to contract requirements.
- Liaise with Service Procurement Group while managing requisitions and performing technical and commercial evaluations.
- Liaise with Contract Management Office during continuous service contract scope development.
- Provide updates to Project Controls Coordinator and Superintendent on additional tasks required (Field Work Instructions-FWI) and Contract Change Orders (CCO).
