Techno-Clôtures est une entreprise spécialisée dans l'installation et la réparation de clôtures résidentielles, commerciales et industrielles.
Depuis sa fondation en 2013, Techno-Clôtures réalise des projets variés : clôtures en bois, aluminium, PVC, grillage ou ornementales.
3. Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) monteur/monteuse de clôtures pour rejoindre notre équipe et assurer l’installation, la réparation et l’entretien de clôtures chez nos clients.
Si vous êtes manuel(le), rigoureux(se) et que vous aimez le travail en extérieur, vous jouerez un rôle clé sur les chantiers : préparation du terrain, pose des poteaux, assemblage et fixation des clôtures, dans le respect des règles de santé et sécurité.
4. Responsabilités et principales tâches
Le candidat(e) aura, principalement pour missions (d’autres missions et tâches peuvent être éventuellement attribuées au cours de la mission) :
Lire et interpréter les plans, croquis ou devis pour déterminer l’emplacement et les dimensions de la clôture
Préparer le chantier : enlever les vieilles clôtures, débris, roches et niveler le sol si nécessaire
Mesurer et tracer les repères au sol pour l’alignement et l’espacement des poteaux
Creuser les trous à l’aide d’une pelle, barre à mine ou tarière motorisée
Niveler et sceller les poteaux avec du béton ou tout autre matériau approprié
Assembler, fixer et souder (selon le type) les sections de clôture entre elles (vis, boulons, agrafes)
Utiliser des outils manuels et électroportatifs (perceuses, scies, cloueuses, marteaux, niveaux)
Vérifier la stabilité, la sécurité et la conformité de l’installation
Effectuer les réparations et l’entretien des clôtures existantes
Discuter avec le client pour confirmer les spécifications et répondre à ses besoins
Respecter les règles de santé et sécurité au travail sur les chantiers
5. Exigences pour occuper le poste
Pour que le/la candidat(e) puisse exercer ses fonctions, il faut disposer de :
Permis de travail valide
Expérience en installation de clôtures ou dans un métier manuel similaire de 1 à 2 ans
Permis de conduire (atout pour se rendre sur les chantiers)

Pour occuper le poste et pour bien assurer ses missions, les candidats(es) doit:
Avoir la capacité à lire et interpréter les devis techniques et les plans
Maîtriser des outils manuels et électroportatifs (scies, perceuses, niveaux, tarières)
Avoir la connaissance des techniques de fixation (boulonnage, vissage, soudage de base selon les modèles)
Avoir la connaissance des règles de santé et sécurité sur les chantiers extérieurs
7. Conditions de travail et capacités physiques
Travail principalement en extérieur, par toutes les conditions météorologiques
Environnement rapide, travail sous pression avec délais serrés
Effort physique important : levage de charges lourdes (jusqu’à 23 kg ou plus), station debout prolongée, flexion, torsion
Horaires : généralement 35 à 50 heures par semaine, possibilité de travailler le samedi selon les chantiers

Looking to hire a landscaper or contractor for a backyard project at our home in Stratford. We have several distinct areas that need attention.

1. Playground Refresh
Task: Supply and spread a large quantity of certified playground-suitable safety mulch across our existing playset area (approx. 15’ x 10’). This must be clean, untreated playground-grade safety mulch, not standard or chemically treated garden mulch.
2. Paving Stone Removal & Garden Bed Installation (covered by twigs in our pictures)
Task: Lift and remove the existing interlocking paving stones located directly behind our rear deck/extending behind the garage.
Relocation: Move these stones to the front or side of the house for future use.
Planting: Prep the cleared area (from behind the deck, extending behind the garage) with fresh soil, basic plants (e.g., hydrangeas), and and finish with garden mulch.
3. Deck-Edge Planting
Task: Plant a row of lavender or compact blueberry bushes tightly along the edge of the wooden deck that faces the playground area. The purpose is to create a visual barrier between the deck and the playground area, except where the monkey bars are.
4. East Side Yard Restructuring (Gravel Area)
Task: This narrow side yard running beside the house is currently gravel and weeds. We want to clean it out and landscape it using a combination of clean stones, railway ties (or wood pavers/steps), and low-maintenance native ground cover and perennials.
5. Garage-Side Clean Up & Levelling
Task: Clear out the weeds, old pine cones, and debris along the narrow strip between the side of the garage and the fence line. Level out the ground so it is clean and manageable.
Removal: Remove and dispose of an old wooden planter box/debris currently in this space.

Requirements:
Must have your own tools and equipment, and a reliable way to source/transport materials (especially the bulk playground mulch and soil), and to remove debris and waste.
Experience with proper drainage and laying native perennials preferred.
