Registered Massage Therapist PositionWe are looking to recruit a professional, courteous Massage Therapist to provide our guests with a wide range of massage services. The Massage Therapist will consult with guests to screen them for underlying conditions, and to assist with selecting appropriate services. You will perform massages in a manner that prevents injuries to your wrists and other parts of your body. You will assist guests with inquiries, and explain treatments and packages in a courteous manner.
To ensure success you need to assist guests with selecting the most appropriate services for their needs, be skilled at performing massages and ensure guest retention. Preferred candidates are friendly, guest-oriented and dexterous.
The successful candidate is expected to contribute positively to the implementation of Nani’s Esthetics Vision and Mission, operate in a collaborative team setting, and maintain high productivity levels, strong work ethics and quality of work.
This is a full-time position. 30-40 hours per week. Salary ranges from $30 to $40.00/hour if you have more than 1-2 years experience which commensurate with our required qualifications.
Massage Therapist Responsibilities:
- Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions. Ensuring clean, safe and well-organized spa facility.
-Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout shift.
-Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions. Sterilizing equipment.
-Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.
-Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services. Providing massage services listed in our brochure.
-Maintaining records and filing documentation.
-Complying with all applicable standards, rules and regulations.Massage Therapist Requirements:
-High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
-With 2200 hours Massage Therapist Program/Diploma in Canada is a plus.
-Minimum of 1 or more years work experience as a massage therapist.
-Must be registered and would be able to bill local insurances;
-Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports and deep tissue massage.
-Proficient computer skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Excellent people skills, must be customer service oriented, Positive attitude, Team player, Well-groomed, professional appearance.
-Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods.
-Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients.
-License/Certification or proof of application submission required.
-Perform 60minute massage, 5 Massages' a day with 15minutes interval.
-Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness and be able to convey the benefits of massage therapy.
-Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations (MTANS).
-Must carry liability insurance.
-Knowledge of another modalities/certifications a plus.
-Maintain a professional and clean work spa environment and appearance.
-Outstanding people skills and warm, friendly manner.
-Ability to stand for extended periods.
-Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
-Ability to use computer for booking clients.
-Must be willing to work extended hours if necessary.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat massage appointments.
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness, disinfecting and sanitation at all times in her massage room and adhere to sanitization spa protocols especially with this COVID-19 Pandemic.
-Should be able to keep abreast of the latest massage techniques to ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided.
-May book and rebook appointments as well as confirm spa appointments from time to time.

Position Summary
We are looking for an Agricultural Intern to join us for a 3+ month period, starting in May 2024. This position is based in Grand Falls, New Brunswick as part of our North American Agriculture team.
During your internship, you will have exposure to grower relations, crop monitoring and intelligence, raw product alignment, cost of production, research and applied science and extension activities including agronomy and sustainability, and the general operation of a commercial agriculture department. You will also see firsthand how McCain's potatoes are produced and processed into finished product for our customers.
You will be exposed to McCain manufacturing operations and will have the opportunity to complete a series of in-house training modules that are part of a wider McCain Agriculture training program.
Upon successful completion of the internship as well as completion of a diploma or degree in an agriculture field, you will be a step ahead of other candidates considered for full time employment within McCain Foods LTD.

What You Will Be Working On
As an intern, you will be in a support position at the local office to research and analyze data to improve crop management in the area. Work is planned and conducted under the guidance of the Agronomist and with advice from the Department Manager. Projects may include the following:- Assist in developing research needed to determine best practices for sustainability goals
- Investigate pest/disease management practices in the local area
- Statistical evaluation to identify best practices and data trends
- Track and evaluate potato varieties and their performance in the factory
- Monitor and analyze internal raw product inspection procedures
- Educate local growers on new field production and storage management techniques through written material, field demonstrations, tours, seminars, and workshops
- Promote relations between company and growers through periodic farm and storage visits
- Assist in collection and analysis of grower field and/or bin sampling program
- Analyze cost of production

What You Need to be Successful- College Junior/Senior or Undergrad majoring in Ag Science, Plant Science, Ag Business, Ag Economics or closely related discipline
- Knowledge of farm practices and vegetable production is desirable but not necessary
- Basic to Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheet, data management and presentation preparations. Statistical computer application would be beneficial
- Communication skills – must be able to speak effectively both to individuals as well as to groups, making short presentations in groups settings, familiar with video conferencing
- Must be able to write routine correspondence and reports to a variety of audiences
- A valid driver's license, comfortable flying/driving long distances
- Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions under the sun and variety of temperatures
- Occasionally requires substantial physical effort and working in awkward positions

Position Title: Process Control Engineer

Requisition ID: 26236The Process Control Engineer is responsible for making the production process as efficient and standardized as possible. The role also serves as a functional lead and will be instrumental in leading the Process Optimization initiatives. This position also assists in the effective management of the plant's sanitation program, HACCP, recall program, external audits and food safety compliance, and acts as Carberry liaison for all Technical, R&D, and Innovation interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Serves as functional lead for process optimization using statistical data, including performing design of experiments on the production line and the development of functional process control models.
- Lead training efforts in the application of statistical methods in Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Assist in the development and execution of Process Control training programs to ensure proper training of all Quality personnel.
- Continuous Improvement Projects and development tools to improve processes
- Direct activities of employees engaged in inspection and testing to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
- Perform studies on measurement systems (MSA) to ensure proper calibration protocols are in place and actions are taken when calibration systems fail.
- Monitor products and processes for conformance to standards, assists in prompt and thorough investigation when product safety may be compromised and minimize the amount of nonstandard/held product.
- Develop process control implementation packages for roll out of formula recipe management.
- Play an active role on potato group quality management teams to include SPC.
- Work with other factories of global process control to incorporate best practices into the plant procedures.
- Lend technical assistance as required to production, maintenance and sanitation personnel.
- Liaison between corporate R&D team and plant management to ensure efficient hand over of new product development, PST's, and Product Optimization.
- Assist in the adaptation of new products and new process procedures to production routine.
- Lead BOP's (Best Operating Practices) for safety, quality, cost and delivery on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with Safety, Health, and Quality staff to ensure sites manufacturing processes are safely designed, audited and operated in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in initiation and implementation of the preparation of new or revised product specifications, process parameters, and procedures.
- Liaise with Sanitation personnel and assist where applicable in the setting of sanitation targets and objectives that compliment company policies and goals.
- Assist with the introduction of new processes or equipment.
- Directly supervise all Process Control employees. Provide training, coaching, discipline, recognition, and leadership as appropriate.
- Ensure that all employees consistently follow safety policies and practices, and promptly address safety issues.

REQUIREMENTS
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Food Science, Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in frozen food manufacturing operations
- 3-5 years' experience Quality experience in food processing
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical knowledge with production activities
- Proficient use of statistical methods
- Knowledge of root cause analysis tools to be used on mechanical and processing issues

Role Summary:
As part of McCain's demand planning team, the Senior Demand Planning Analyst plays a key role in enhancing forecast precision and streamlining operations. This position leverages advanced analytics and cutting-edge technology, engaging in strategic partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external authorities, such as the expert data scientists at Fiddlehead*, to pioneer innovative forecasting methods using AI and machine learning. Main Activities:- Statistical Forecast Generation: Collaborate with Fiddlehead's data scientists to continuously enhance Python code and forecasting methods for improved accuracy.
- Analytical Modeling: Develop models for insightful demand planning and process automation.
- Reporting and Insight Generation: Create impactful reports and analyses, driving improvements and supporting decision-making in demand and supply planning.
- Data Integration Management: Ensure efficient data flow between IBP demand planning and tools like Power BI.
- IT Collaboration: Partner in data enhancement projects, focusing on predictive modeling and efficiency.

- Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify and capitalize on system enhancement opportunities.
- SME and Technical Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in demand planning, possessing in-depth knowledge of IBP structure, demand forecasting techniques, and data science methodologies. Provide guidance and insights to elevate the demand planning function.
- Ensure adherence to critical processes like LRP and AOC, maintaining compliance with monthly timelines.
- Guarantee 100% data integrity in IBP through valid and accurate forecast combinations.
- Lead monthly Stat Forecast generation, achieving a methodologically sound and continuously improving forecast that meets accuracy KPIs
Requirements:- Understanding of machine-learning, operations research, and time series.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, R/Python, SQL, Excel, and VBA/Macros.
- Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience, translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience in guiding stakeholders on data analysis and tool usage.
- A background in demand planning/supply chain, preferably in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of specific forecasting methodologies relevant to the food manufacturing industry is a plus.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Machine Learning, or relevant field

Lacasse Farms Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for the right individual. We are looking for an Equipment Operator/Farm Worker position to assist us in our grain and cattle operation. Our farm is located near Kincaid, SK and is approximately 15,000 acres.
Candidates will require previous experience operating farm machinery so that they can assist with planting, spraying and harvesting activities. We are looking for candidates that are mechanically inclined and that are able to perform general farm duties. Responsibilities will include shop and yard maintenance. There is potential to haul grain and product throughout the year so a class 1A license or interest in obtaining is beneficial.

Requirements:- University degree or certificate in business/commerce/accounting or a related field
- 5+ years experience in an accounting role, preferably in an automotive dealership setting
- Technically inclined, with advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Experience with HRIS is considered an asset but not required
- Experience managing/supervising a team
