My mom is cognitive but her mobility is deteriorating.
Tasks include: feeding, mouth care, range of motion exercises, safe transfer to wheelchair and to bathroom, PEG tube flushing, giving medications, cleaning dishes, showering, housekeeping, making pureed food in the blender and helping to take her to appointments.
