What We’re Looking For:
Experience in vinyl decking and/or aluminum railing installation preferred
Construction/ carpentry & flooring background is an asset
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Valid driver’s license
Safety certifications considered an asset (CSTS, Fall Arrest, First Aid, etc.)
Physically capable of lifting materials and working outdoors
Must be reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working out of town for extended periods (2–4 weeks)

We need a helper.
This is easy work for a younger person. It involves cutting down vegetation (weeds) in some areas and avoid cutting wild flowers. A battery-powered weed eater or if it helps, a battery-powered lawn mower are available. A diesel side-by-side with AC is provided to get around on the property.
The job is approximately 8 hours a week. That can be split into two 4-hour, or four 2-hour chunks if that's more practical. We can accommodate someone that prefers doing part-time work on weekends, or in the afternoon.
We pay $21 per hour ($168 a week for 8 hours) cash or we can pay by e-transfer if that's easier. We do not hold back money for taxes or anything else.
