Job Description:Job Description Soutien aux processus (Temps plein) Varennes, QC Tâche principale Le ou la titulaire du poste de soutien aux processus est chargé de créer et de maintenir les indicateurs clés de performance mesurés pour l’usine et la distribution, en vue de l’établissement de rapports internes et externes, et de fournir une assistance opérationnelle aux succursales éloignées, s’il y a lieu. Principales responsabilités- Agir comme ambassadeur et ambassadrice de Bell en représentant Bell et veillant à répondre aux attentes de notre clientèle.
- Assurez l'installation et la réparation des services sur les réseaux de fibre optique et de cuivre de Bell.
