Looking to possible lease my 15 -15.1hh 10yo Arab QH gelding Cisco. I found my self having no time over the past 2 year due to work and I hate seeing him sitting in the pasture. He’s broke but not fancy broke and hasn’t really been ridden much In The last 2 years, done lots of trail riding before, cattle drives and harnessed a few times double to a big cart. Gone camping a few times. He very stright forward and will go through creeks, mud holes, thick bush just point him and he goes. Cisco is a big puppy dog alway first to the gate to meet you. Currently he’s a Chonk.
Cisco needs a confident rider as he’s got a lot of go and gets pretty hot and often the first few rides when he get excited he is known to throw a few cow hops first time breaking into a canter. Lunging awhile before can help. Due to him not being ridden much he may need a bit of a refresher. Cisco can ride alone or in a herd. No mean bone on his body. Never kicked at other horses always get along. Cisco is flat footed so if you were to be riding on gravel he will need front shoes. I would just like for him to be used more. Paint/Draft X. 19 years old. Great feet and no need for shoes. Have had him out on lots of trail rides up to the Rim Rocks and around the pastures. Loves attention and to be brushed and cuddled. He is more of a walk/trot horse. Will go out by himself but does prefer company. Loves water…will walk through any puddle. This big guy would be great for a confident beginner. Super sweet and easy peasy to catch. Right around 15hh, he has a big body and takes up a lot of leg. Goes bareback as well and as comfy as a couch. I am in no hurry for him to go anywhere. We have lots of hay and he is great in the herd. Bought him for my husband who only rides about once a year so he just isn’t getting used enough with the other horses I have to ride. Easy keeper and no founder!
I have tack that fits him quite well and I would sell it with him if buyer was interested. I would like to see this sweet boy in a home where he will be loved on so will be picky where he goes.
Feet have been trimmed every 6-8 weeks and deworming is up to date.

This is Mikey. Mikey is a 9 year old (grade) quarter horse. Mikey is a well behaved gelding with a funny personality. Mikey has cow sense and was used to cut cows. Mikey has had a rope thrown off of him. He is good around other horses, dogs, cats, goats, sheep, cows, and machinery. Mikey is an amazing horse and he is a very very fast learner. Mikey has worked as a staff horse at Dallas Valley Ranch Camp and he has also been in the mountains in B.C. He is UTD on farrier, teeth, chiro, vaccines, and dewormer. The only reason for selling is that we don’t have enough hay this year to keep him sadly.

Dixie is a 2021 morgan x quarter horse mare. She's roughly 14hh. She is a sweetheart on the ground and under saddle. She has started jumping and can w/t/c. Jazzy - coming 3yo Fjord cross.
What to say about this pony.. she is full of life, full of personality and full of love. Jazzy is the first to meet you at the gate and will follow you all day. I’ve had her since she was a weanling and she was not the prettiest back then, but she has grown into a cute and very entertaining little girl. She has been verryyyy lightly started, will WTC and has been on a few trail rides. Loves trailer rides, good with her feet, ties, good to saddle and stands for mounting. UTD on everything will be due for her teeth in the spring. She shows so much potential and needs a job, or a kid that can keep up to her energy (she is more woah than go, but she would go albeit slowly all day) she will need a knowledgeable home, she has no ponytude but I think it could definitely develop if allowed. Shes young and still needs miles but a good riding kid would absolutely adore her. Loves kids, is sturdier than sturdy and also shows a love for jumping. She goes over logs, up and down hills, through water with no issues. This pony has a zest for life and is never a dull moment, but we bought her as a project, and she deserves her own kid to cause mischief with.
She gets fat on air but lives on grass no founder, never been lame, no injuries, not herdbound unless she’s the one getting left behind, she always needs to be apart of the action!
I will have to measure her, I believe she is 13.2/13.3hh but she is currently getting the winter off to grow I am in no rush to see her go!

Since he has been here he has been rode inside and outside of the arena, on the trails, used for a beginner kids program. He has a solid walk, trot, lope. His feet are done every 6 weeks, teeth done last summer, utd on chiro and massage.
He would be best suited for an experienced kid and up. He is quiet, easy to handle, good to catch, good for farrier, middle of the pecking order, can rope on him, has done gymkana. He is more whoa than go.

Nicknamed "the motorcycle" by students, Rita is quick, brave, and sensitive with a stellar work ethic. She's worn many hats: raced in her younger years, dabbled in hunters, schooled in eventing, and been a mother to multiple foals. Rita is a hot head and not shy to voice her opinions. Not dirty, but will throw in a crow hop or spin. For this reason, the ideal leaser is a confident intermediate to advanced rider with soft hands and a good seat who likes to go fast. Some limited jumping and the ability to participate in shows in the spring/summer with the right person. Jumps limited to 18" for now with room to go up in lessons.
Barn has indoor and outdoor rings, open fields for trail riding/conditioning, and will be adding an on-property cross country course in spring.

Gypsy is a 4 year old, approximately 14.2hh, well built and well papered mare. She has been sitting for 4 months. Gypsy was brought back into work correctly and had a month refresher with Taijah Allen (who studied under Casey Deary for a month and has lots of experience with starting colts) and will continue to be rode until sale. This picture perfect mare can go in any direction with beautiful movements at walk, jog, lope and would be a great asset to any breeding program. She is great in the crossties, self loads, baths, ties and picks up all 4 feet. She is soft in the bridal and is starting to have a nice woah. She absolutely loves cows and would excel sorting. She prefers having a job but will ride out on trails or just be as content riding in an arena. Showed Extreme Cowboy Association 2021 World Championship Futurity Division placing 15th with 77.38 total obstacle points.
Very sweet mare, who comes with baggage. Extremely cold backed, currently unwilling to take an adult rider. We have used chiropractic and massage with her. Supplements for muscles, healthy feeding program suggested by vet with no startch and low sugar. Vetted with no glaring issues.
We have backed her walk/jog with a very confident youth rider, ponied around with another horse walk/jog, extensive ground work and handling. Mounting is her issue, she has major tells with face muscles and eyes. As soon as your foot hits the stirrup she blows straight up with an adult. When ponied we were able to mount her from the ground she did go to buck but hit the end of the line and stopped right away. With a person on the ground we are able to mount her with a mounting block, seems if she excepts the mount you can go on and have a ride.
My mind still takes me to an issue with her withers … but no evidence to that effect.
Very solid, pretty head and well built mare. Would be a nice brood mare for someone with a breeding program. Or great companion horse that’s easy and sweet to be around.
Currently turned out with mixed herd, not agressive lower in the peking order. Hay only diet, doesn’t need grain. Easy with farrier, cross ties beautifully, bathed with easy, loves grooming, easy to work around, excellent ground manners. Currently Outdoor 24/7 is a blanket destroyer. Seems content in a stall as well, as long as she has a friend.

Bonbon is an approx. 5yr old blue roan mare (looks black in the winter). She stands just under 12hh. Bonbon came to us from auction pretty much unhandled and is not broke to ride. This pony has lots of potential to be an amazing pony, definite show pony potential down the line. She is a gorgeous mover, great feet, amazing footwork and lots of jumping potential (free jump vids & pics provided). Bonbon does however require an experienced owner/trainer. Bran-Star Farms located east of Arthur is looking to add a couple of boarders to our small private barn.

Boots, Blankets and fly masks will be put on horses if requested by the owner. Stalls are cleaned daily and picked out at night check.

We bought this 7 year old mare two months ago at an auction, we were told she was broke to ride and drive. Since then we have found out she is blind in her left eye which won’t work for our programming.
We have round penned her and worked with her a bit, and found out
Her pros. - very fast learner, caught on well to round pen cues - ties ok and trailers well
Cons… - She is pretty unsure of things and seems spooky. - She would like to be trusting but is a bit nervous. - She is very nervous around dogs - We were told she is broke to ride and drive, but we suspect otherwise with her flinchiness and cannot attest to this
She does have a wire cut that’s healed on her back leg. Completely sound though.
I would guess around the 15 hand mark
