Looking to possible lease my 15 -15.1hh 10yo Arab QH gelding Cisco. I found my self having no time over the past 2 year due to work and I hate seeing him sitting in the pasture. He’s broke but not fancy broke and hasn’t really been ridden much In The last 2 years, done lots of trail riding before, cattle drives and harnessed a few times double to a big cart. Gone camping a few times. He very stright forward and will go through creeks, mud holes, thick bush just point him and he goes. Cisco is a big puppy dog alway first to the gate to meet you. Currently he’s a Chonk.
Cisco needs a confident rider as he’s got a lot of go and gets pretty hot and often the first few rides when he get excited he is known to throw a few cow hops first time breaking into a canter. Lunging awhile before can help. Due to him not being ridden much he may need a bit of a refresher. Cisco can ride alone or in a herd. No mean bone on his body. Never kicked at other horses always get along. Cisco is flat footed so if you were to be riding on gravel he will need front shoes. I would just like for him to be used more. He is needing to be trained and I don’t have the experience training horses, so he needs to go to a home where they will train him and not let him sit in the field like he is now.

Summer is an approximately 12 year old mini mare, she stands about 34 inches tall. Summer was a well loved pasture pet most of her life. She is started driving and leadline, but needs more miles to keep her advancing. She likes little kids, and is happy to just stand and be brushed. She does have the typical mini mare attitude, but is easy to correct. She lunges, is easy to tack up, usually easy to catch (though she can be a bit sassy some days), she is good with her feet and ties well. She is more forward moving, but is coming along nicely and has had quite a few miles driving down the road and in the fields. She has also been rode independently some in a confined area.
She is healthy and sound. She has her teeth done in November and the vet recommended she get them done yearly as she has a bit of an over bite.
She would make a nice mini for little kids to brush and be led around on.

2020 warmblood gelding
ADHHA registered. Sired by a KWPN registered Dutch harness horse (Jefferson) and out of a grade Friesian/saddle bred mare. Cash is coming 4 and is broke to ride and drive. He currently stands at 17.3hh and could mature at 18hh.
Cash is very smart and willing to please. He has a great attitude and is very easy to get along with. He has 30 drives on him and is broke to drive in a team on either side. He also has 45+ rides on him, and is going w/t/c. We will continue to ride and drive him until he is sold.
Due to his age, Cash is not a complete beginner horse, but he would do great with a confident beginner or amateur in a program.
He is good for the ferrier, is barefoot and lives inside or out. He is great to trailer, stands tied and is good to clip and bathe. He is up to date on everything.

Abby is one of those unicorn miniature mares. She is confident and enjoys being the boss of our docile herd but is not mareish. She leads with a nuturing energy and makes sure everyone is happy.
She loves going to shows and gets excited whenever the trailer is out hoping she will be loaded up for another adventure. She also will stand for hours to be pampered by kids (even if that includes markers, glitter, and bad clippers).
She will announce to and gather the herd when we approach the paddock and be first at the gate to greet us and get her scritches. She is also very fence respectful (even if the tape is not powered).
She has won endless ribbons in halter, costume, and in hand agility with her previous owners. But I have failed her as life threw a few curve balls and I have not had the opportunity to do anything fun with her.
She loves her farrier visits and is bare foot with beautiful hooves. She is also good with our vet team.
She is eager to learn and do. Would be an excellent 4H partner.DOB May 2013. (10yo as of current)

SIZZLE AND SOAR - Dark Bay 2016 TB Mare
Sizzle is a very sweet, 8 year old mare standing at 16.1. She is unraced but had been in race training but was not fast enough to make it to the track. She has no known history of injuries and no vices. Easy keeper, has been living outside for the last couple of years with no issues keeping weight on (has 24/7 access to round bales). She has good feet, but has been doing much better with front shoes. No problems with cross ties, bathing, spraying, blanketing, and loads well.
Sizzle will need a more experienced rider, not a beginners horse. Although she is very affectionate, curious and sweet by nature, sometimes she can be a little unsure and needs a calm, gentle and confident handler/rider. She is currently in work and coming along well in her training - WTC, with jumps being reintroduced in the next couple of weeks (she has had some jumping experience).Located between Milton and Guelph ON

Meet Walker. This handsome man is a 7 year old champagne buckskin Thoroughbred x Tennessee Walker gelding. He measures at 16hh. He is going very well at walk, trot, canter and absolutely loves to jump. He can move off your leg decently and gets on and off the trailer without issue. He is barefoot and stands no problem for the farrier and vet. He really enjoys arena work and can hack out, but does prefer to do so with a buddy. He rides the same off property as he does on property. He and I went to some local shows this past summer and he placed in all his classes. He does best in a larger herd or a smaller herd with geldings. He can go with mares, it's just best if they are more dominant.
He does require a confident rider and consistent work. He is also a little unbalanced right now, however this improves quickly with regular work. He is an incredibly lovely horse but unfortunately my personal situation is not allowing me to provide him with the time he deserves to excel in life. He shows a lot of interest in learning new things and would be an excellent partner to someone who can give him that consistent work.
He is healthy, UTD on everything and requires no special feed or supplements. The only maintenance is that he has a parrot mouth and does require at least twice a year dental visits. It does not affect his rideablility and he happily goes in a d ring snaffle.
If Walker sounds like he could be your perfect fit, please send me a message. He is located near Belwood. I am asking mid to high fours, but negotiable to the right home.
My priority for him is that he goes to a good home with someone who will appreciate him as much as I do. He has so much potential and deserves a partner that will help him achieve it.

Moving, sad to have to sell our favourite pasture horse. Turbo is super friendly but remains untrained. He is now gelded. It was our intention every spring to have him professionally trained but never got it done. He is halter trained, healthy and will make an awesome horse for someone who has the time to devote to them. $2,500 is what we are asking for him.

Very lovely smooth gaits, with a keen sense of balance and rhythm.. watching her move is like watching poetry in motion. Very tidy and elegant jumping style.

Finn is a 16 hh, 17 year old registered Irish Draught Sport Horse gelding for sale.
Finn is a fantastic all rounder - he has competed dressage to 1st level, trained 2nd level. He trail rides, including some backcountry and road rides. He's done a cowboy challenge, some working equitation, and a day out with the Fraser Valley Hunt. He doesn't jump much higher than his knees these days (due to my nerves, not his skills) but has evented up to 2'9" in the past. He is bold, forward and doesn't refuse, whatever the obstacle is.
Finn is an athletic horse with a forward mindset. He is best suited to an experienced rider, or a rider in a consistent program.
Good to shoe, clip, trailer, ect. Up to date on everything. Sound, no maintenance beyond a few bodywork sessions a year.
He does best in a solo paddock. He might be okay with a buddy or in a herd in a big enough pasture, but he needs the option to live solo if it's not working for him.
I would love to keep him, but between my career and young family I just don't have the time.

The youngest is a handsome black colt by Rapture R out of our Schwarzenegger/El Bundy mare. Ripley was her first foal and she made a good one. Ripley has lovely movement and would do very well in the Hunter ring. He was born June 25th, 2023 and will likely mature 16/16.1hh. He is weaned and ready to go. Asking $9,000
Next is another handsome bay colt by Karajan out of our Graf Grannus/Lucid mare. Krystoff was very well received at his inspection and was given gold medal status and honored with the title of Champion Jumper Foal. Well suited to the Jumper ring, Krystoff was born May 14th, 2023 and will likely mature 17/17.1hh. He is also weaned and ready to go to his new home. Asking $12,000
Third we have a very tall, and of course handsome, 2022 gelding by Diacontinus out of our Graf Grannus/Lucid mare. Due to scheduling conflicts we were unable to take Dallas to a foal inspection site, so he has been microchipped instead of branded. Dallas is a super laid back guy, bred for the Jumper ring, and very likely to succeed. He is likely to finish around 17.3hh, and since he is already 16.2hh at less than 2 years of age, it should not be a problem. I look forward to hearing about his achievements. Asking $15,000
Last, but not least, is our 2021 chestnut filly by Checkmate out of our Graf Grannus/Lucid mare. Catalina is another lovely moving offspring from our foundation mare. She has a people friendly personality and noticeable ring presence. Bred for the Jumper ring, but with looks for the Hunter ring, she is sure to be a contender. Another year where we had scheduling conflicts with the inspection means that Catalina also has a microchip instead of brand. She is likely to mature 17.1/17.2hh. Asking $14,000

Meet Kit Kat
Kit Kat is a coming 2 year old grade mare, she stands 13.1hh and still has some growing to do! Kit Kat does everything you would want a baby to do! She stands in crossties, good to groom and pick up feet, lunges w/t/c, and trailers perfectly. She is very quiet and sensible, and has a very eager to learn personality. Stalls well but also happy outside. She would make a super cute show prospect for the hunter ring, or start her western and take her that route! She also seems to have the demeanour to make a great school horse in a few years! Kit Kat is super special little baby and we’re hoping to find her a home just as special as she is!

Tessa “toothpick fantasy” is a 14 year old registered quarter horse. She was bred to “royal streaking cash” and is due to foal in April (2024). She is being offered only as a broodmare. She is a very sweet mare who does not bite or kick. She does not spook. She does have heaves which are managed on dexamethasone. She is grained once a day. She is blanketed for the winter and fly sheet in the summer. Papers in hand and can send for serious inquires. We have her previous foal on site for reference.
