A one bedroom suite with balcony and kitchenette available for a 1 or 2 week rental at Villa del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa located in downtown Puerto Vallarta in Zona Hotelera Norte.
We can't use our 2 weeks this winter and are willing to rent it to you at a significant discount. There is no risk, the Resort will confirm your reservation and hold it for up to 24 hours while you arrange your air travel. Once you have arranged your air travel, payment for the rental in full must be made to us.
We are offering our one bedroom suite for Cdn$1,500 for 1 week, or $3,000 for 2 weeks, available any time in 2026 except Xmas and New Year's weeks. Resort is nearly fully booked for January through March but 1 or 2 weeks might still be available if you book early.

We can't use our week this year. There is no risk to you, as the Resort will confirm your reservation and hold it for up to 24 hours while you arrange your air travel. Once you have arranged your air travel, payment for the rental in full must be made.
We are offering our Deluxe Junior Suite for Cdn$1,200 per week for 1 or 2 weeks and is normally available most dates in 2026. The resort is now nearly fully booked in February and March 2026, so early booking is necessary during this period.

I am placing this Ad for a friend of mine who owns this lovely Villa in Cancun as her English is limited.
I speak from experience when I say that this Villa is the best and yet most affordable Villa in the neighborhood. Firstly, it is a gated community with guards at 2 entrances. They are there 24/7. Not that you will need it, as it is a very safe neighborhood in a middle class neighborhood. Just outside the main gates (3 minute walk) is a "Six", Oxxo and 711 within 5 minute walk from gate. They all sell beer and alchohol. Sundays they close at 5pm for any alchohol. A 10 minute walk gets you to Soriana's plaza. And 15 minutes to Walmart. There is a great restaurant called "Mr Lasagna". Honestly, the best Lasagna and pizza I've had. Also great chinese food in the Soriana Mall. This is for those who don't particularly like Mexican food. Of course there are great Mexican restaurants just a walk away. Everything you need is in the studio. For those of us on a budget, it's great. Large fridge in each studio. Electic stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels, clean linens provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) so you have to buy your own aferwards. Air conditioning in all rooms. And the best thing is TV and GREAT WIFI. Oh ya....... the POOL right in the backyard is heaven! You CANNOT smoke in the unit but there are tables and chairs and ashtrays right outside your unit. My friend has listings on A i r b n b. However, if you would like to avoid the taxes and fees you can contact her directly. If you have any questions at all, just ask me. I have vacationed here for 6 years and have been 12 times. Just ask me. I have added the pictures on her website but also a few of my own.
