WEST MAUI- Prime Time - Whale season - This rental is for a 750 square foot one bedroom, unit. Sands of Kahana is a Beach Front Resort . Most Maui lanais are very small, the Sands of Kahana has roomy lanais where you have a table with four chairs.( Some have 2 lanais)This rental includes most associated fees by the Sands of Kahana. There may be local state transient taxes to pay on check in Estimated at us$21 per day. You may also be asked for a refundable damage deposit on check in.
You will have a FULL kitchen and washer/dryer in your unit. These are spacious units! The master bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a queen size fold out couch bed in the living room along with a full bathroom. No need to bring beach towels, you can get as many as you need from your suite or just request more from housekeeping.
You have an on site restaurant that is great, affordable and very convenient before or after a busy day. They have a great happy hour!
You have 2 pools, hot tub, pickle ball, tennis courts, exercise room and miniature golf. Fully equipped Kitchen and the living room has large comfortable furniture, as well as a 50 inch LED Smart Television. Large windows throughout the condo let in lots of natural sunlight. Laundry room in condo with high efficiency washer and dryer. Recently added High Speed internet.
Gated community, Steps away from the elegant clubhouse. Gorgeous pool and hot tub, along with tennis court, car wash, business center and fully equipped fitness center, with indoor basketball/racquetball court. Also has billiards room with foosball, etc.
