· Perform general maintenance of farm equipment and work around the shop. Applicants with higher mechanical ability would be a major asset.

Qualifications:
· Ideally 3-5 years of production agriculture experience, but would train the right applicant.
· Post-secondary education in an agricultural or mechanical field is an asset but not required.
· Willing to work long hours during planting and harvest seasons. Outside of those seasons the hours are more standard and flexible.
· Demonstrate general knowledge of agronomic practices as well as willingness to learn.
· Knowledge of mechanical operation of agricultural equipment, including general maintenance and repair.

The Team Lead is responsible for successfully leading a crew of 2 to up to 8 individuals in demolition-type jobs. We provide training on remediation of both mould and asbestos.
Motivation, common sense, and a sincere desire to learn about mould, asbestos and demolition are key qualifications for this job. This position includes sustained physical labour and requires that one be physically fit and able to work with materials that can be heavy. This work is performed indoors and outdoors, in hot and cold temperatures. Travel from job to job is required and work is sometimes weather dependent.
Experience with abating asbestos and/or mould is an asset, and your pay rate will reflect that experience.
You should have an understanding of safe work habits in the construction industry. You will be managing customers on behalf of the company and a crew on behalf of the customer. You must be detail-oriented and know your own limits. We work with General Contractors as well as Sub Trades so you will need to be able to work together.
You need to be interested in the work and you can't be afraid to get your hands dirty. You will lead by example much of the time. Skills – Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The applicant must be able to work in a collaborative team setting. The applicant must also be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects.
