ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately.
Repair and maintain HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners and ventilation systems. Both in commercial and residential environments.
Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Install new HVAC equipment. Following industry standards and safety regulations including equipment start-ups
Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions and Maintenace procedures
Present a professional appearance keeping to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Operate and maintain company tools and equipment safely while following company policies and procedures.
Be punctual and reliable
Keep current with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends
Qualifications:Hold valid journeyman or apprentice status as a Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Mechanic or Shet Metal Worker.
Strong diagnostic and trouble shooting skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems, components and regulations
Knowledge of pumps, boilers and hydronic systems are an asset
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation
Staring hourly rate is negotiable based on the applicants level of apprenticeship or journeyman status and experience.

DDK Concrete Boom Pump Operator
A concrete pump operator is responsible for the operation of a truck mounted concrete boom pump. Duties of an operator are as follows:
• Drive a concrete pump truck to and from construction sites located throughout the Medicine Hat Alberta Area
• Evaluate the site conditions and set-up the truck appropriately
• Use and care for tools and equipment associated with and including the concrete pump and truck
• Operate the boom and pump as required to place concrete in the desired locations
• Loads and unloads concrete hose and attachments
• Complies with safety regulations and precautionary measures while operating the concrete pump - protects self and others by following work safe procedures
• Conducts routine maintenance and repairs to the machinery
• Various other duties (Operate Stone Slinger Deliver Aggregate unit to Job site, material handling, etc.) to support other business divisions as required

• Complete Daily Pre & Post Trip inspection
