MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow all food safety guidelines
Prepare all ingredients and assemble recipes so they are ready to be used for daily meal preparations
Prepare food on the grill , including proteins, vegetables, noodles and other products while monitoring all temperatures and ensuring safe cooking
Carefully plate and present food for takeout or dine in - making sure to present clean appetizing detailed dishes
Cleaning and maintaining the work area including grill, deep fryer, prep area and any tools used through the shift

I am a shift worker with a 4 on 4 off schedule and my husband is a professional driver. Due to our work schedules, we will require someone to do overnight care on the nights I am away.
The ideal candidate will have experience in loght housekeeping, meal prep, and pet care. CPR certification is a must.
