    At Highlight REEL Hockey School we instruct hockey skills programs and camps for all age groups and skills levels year round! We work with many Minor Hockey and Jr. Hockey organizations in the Simcoe Muskoka area. We are looking for people who share the love of the game who are excited and passionate about helping develop the next generation of hockey players in our area! We take pride in going above and beyond to help our players achieve their hockey goals on and off the ice!

    Specifically we are currently seeking assistant instructors and volunteers for Timbits hockey development programs. 2 hours a week. Depending on experience, $17-20 and hour. If successful there is opportunity for growth to be an Assistant, or Head Instructor with other programs.

    Depending on the team/ age group of players/ amount of players etc. The pay for a head instructor can range from $40-$80 per session.

    Qualifications
    Must be able to skate and have experience playing hockey.
    Must have experience working with youth
    Must have great communication skills
    Must be patient
    Must be able to perform in a fast pace environment
    Experience coaching hockey is preferred. Preferably 2 years of coaching/instructing or leadership experience.
    Instruction experience at hockey camps is an asset.
    We are really looking for confident, patient, hard working individuals who take pride in what they do and have a high attention to detail. Individuals who are looking to learn skills and develop as a coach.
