Our large property overlooks the Chwk River with a large beach, with swimming on the one side (in the summer & fall) and one of the best fishing spots on the river on the other side. You can atv on the unlimited forestry roads & trails right out of our gate.
This is a very secure, quiet place with no theft issues, and we are gated, have security cameras & a full-time host. Our very calm & gentle horses free range here.Our (5) cabins are glamping cabins with comfortable beds, where you bring all your camping supplies, sleeping bags & lanterns etc., basically wooden tents with comfortable beds & all have a wood stove which keeps them toasty warm!
Three of them are 2 BR, & 2 sleep 7 & the other sleeps 6. The other 2 are tiny, have a fantastic view of the rapids, aren't rustic & have solar lights & fairy lights & overlook the Chwk River rapids (those cost more & sleep 2). The sound of the rapids beside them will lull you to sleep!Quiet, well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome, provided you can keep them off the furniture & pick up after them. The cabins have no running water, electricity or Wifi (the non-rustic ones have a refillable camp sink). Non-potable water is available in the campground Cell phones do have service here however, & there are weekly & monthly discounts.
Yearly RV seasonal sites are available as well starting @ $4500. per year with power included. 15 or 30 Amp power available.
The rustic cabins start @ $38. per night (Sunday - Thursdays) & higher on weekends with a (one time) $15. cleaning fee plus Airbnb's fee. These are NOT suitable for people that want to party, get drunk/stoned or whiners. If you want some R&R & a peaceful stay, these are great for that.
