Looking for an experienced Plumber (or an assistant plumber with the willingness to learn) the required knowledge and experience to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures.Daily Job Requirements:
All contracted plumbers are assigned jobs in various locations across Ottawa to diagnose and repair plumbing issues;
i.e: blocked drains, toilet repairs, water leaks, camera and locate of a sewer system.Hired Candidates will be required to:
-Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
-Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
-Familiarity with PVC, ABS, PEX, cast iron, and copper
-Possess their own transportation for daily city travel
-Have skill for hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade, and possess tools necessary for residential plumbing jobs.
-Occasionally collaborate with other construction professionals.

Primary Duties
- Removal of snow and ice by using snow removal and/or sanding equipment, including salting and other
- Seasonal maintenance on roads, bridges, etc.
- Repair highway and other surfaces including signs, guardrails
- Required to be available for emergency response rotations as needed for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
