Hey all, is there anyone who can help out. I am very short here this month and I don't want to go to the food bank again cause they don't give you much.
I live in Port Perry on old simcoe and Queen street. Some canned goods but no noodles or ramen. Frozen foods, some breads, snacks and drinks are all I need. I've put myself in a somewhat bad position and it drained nearly all my funds to sustain myself. If anyone can spare anything, enough to get me through, it's all I need.

I incorporate musical expression, technique, and theory into each lesson while taking we've learnt and reworking it into something original. Composition being the ultimate goal; as we learn a lot quicker thinking for ourselves. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. (Drums taught by another teacher) We will discuss: Structure (Form), Harmony, Melody, Counterpoint, Sightreading and Improvisation while meeting the technical demands of instrument.

What is Life Coaching. It is a therapy that will help people to navigate through some issues in their lives. Many people go through life with feeling overwhelmed. It can be in their work life or their personal life.
A life coach will help the client go over their issues by doing some research for them supplying them with options so that the client can do their assessments. So if a client does not have enough time to do personal things. the life coach can give them options so that the client can learn to do the research so that the client will not feel so stressed out. It is the same for too much personal and not enough work.
Usually what a life coach will do is set up either a texting interview, a phone interview or even online such as what's App, zoom or even Facetime. If applicable and a go. the Life coach can have them fill out a form and then set up an appointment for either half hour sessions or one hour sessions. A life coach will also give their client homework to do for the next time they have a session.

I'm disgustingly fat and need help losing weight.
The problem is I have agoraphobia and struggle to leave the house.....so joining a gym is tough for me.
I have no clue where to start, after almost a decade of being agoraphobic I find comfort in food (firmer alcoholic/smoker).
My body aches from the extra weight, I hate myself I feel like in a prison of my own body. I breath heavy just from sitting cause of all the fat in my neck and rhe extra chins I have now.
I need help, at least someone who could go to the gym with me as my safe person (someone I can trust who will be supportive if I have a panic attack or a moment of dysphoria.
I'm 5'3 220lbs
Ideally I'd like to see 150 but I'll be happy to be hbder 170.
My bday is August and I would be so happy to see myself ring in 43 not feeling like a disgusting whale.
