As a Facilities Coordinator at Canon Canada, you will be reporting to the Regional Manager, General Environmental Affairs and will be responsible for supporting all internal requests regarding facilities and internal events. You will also support the shipping and receiving functions within the mail room. As part of our General and Environmental Affairs team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, schedule, and/or complete any light duty maintenance requests within the office
- Oversee and maintain safe equipment operation within facility
- Complete daily facility inspections
- Support corporate and business unit internal initiatives and event set up/tear down
- Administer all mailroom and loading dock processes
- Assist with ISO 14001 and Environmental Management System programs for the office
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- High School or equivalent education is required
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in facilities
- Known as a “handy person”, with an aptitude for using tools
- Good communication, project and time management skills
- Ability to operate mail inserting machine, tools, and loading dock equipment.

As a Facilities Coordinator at Canon Canada, you will be reporting to the Regional Manager, General Environmental Affairs and will be responsible for supporting all internal requests regarding facilities and internal events. You will also support the shipping and receiving functions within the mail room. As part of our General and Environmental Affairs team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, schedule, and/or complete any light duty maintenance requests within the office
- Oversee and maintain safe equipment operation within facility
- Complete daily facility inspections
- Support corporate and business unit internal initiatives and event set up/tear down
- Administer all mailroom and loading dock processes
- Assist with ISO 14001 and Environmental Management System programs for the office
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- High School or equivalent education is required
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in facilities
- Known as a “handy person”, with an aptitude for using tools
- Good communication, project and time management skills
- Ability to operate mail inserting machine, tools, and loading dock equipment.

Key Responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesEn tant que Gestionnaire en formation, vous commencerez à vous familiariser avec nos opérations dès le premier jour à l’une de nos succursales de quartier. On vous confiera les tâches combinées d'être l’image d’Enterprise auprès de nos clients et partenaires tout en assurant le fonctionnement des opérations en arrière-scène. Grâce à notre programme structuré, vous maîtriserez les connaissances et le savoir-faire nécessaires pour un jour gérer votre propre succursale, faire croître votre marché et développer votre équipe.

Qualifications- Baccalauréat universitaire un atout (Doit avoir obtenu au minimum un Diplôme de 3 ans dans un établissement collégial)
- Doit être autorisé à travailler légalement au Canada et ne pas avoir besoin de parrainage par notre compagnie maintenant ou dans le futur.
- Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide avec pas plus de 2 infractions de la route et/ou d'accident responsable dans les 3 dernières années.
- Ne pas avoir eu de sanction liée à la drogue ou l’alcool sur dossier de conduite dans les 5 dernières années.
- Doit parler un français courant et un anglais fonctionnel.
- Doit avoir de l’expérience en vente, service à la clientèle et leadership.

Responsables principales:
1.Trouver les clients éventuels d'Amérique du Nord (Canada et Ãtats-Unis) comme promoteurs immobiliers, sociétés de gestion immobilière, constructeurs immobiliers et les solliciter;
2.Ãtablir, maintenir et améliorer les relations commerciales avec les clients potentiels et actuels;
3.Analyser et évaluer les besoins des clients, donner des conseils raisonnables sur le choix des produits, répondre à leurs questions en utilisant des connaissances techniques, négocier les prix de vente, les termes de contrat, et les détails de coopération;

From trucks to vans to cars of all sizes you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing your branch's vehicles in accordance with our Complete Clean Pledge, ensuring that all vehicles rented by our customers are safe and clean.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
- Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
- Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing and sanitization supplies are available
- Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
- Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
- Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers
