I am looking to hire a seasonal painter from May to August. No experience is required as I offer in-house training. In my search, I hope to attract dedicated, efficient, and self-independent members to join my current team. I have integrated a profit-sharing model into my business, with base pay beginning at $16 an hour + profit sharing. ($21 an hour on average including profit sharing off a $16 wage - based on previous two years). I believe in giving back to my team, so I implemented a profit-sharing model into my business. This model attracts people who want to work hard, and efficiently to complete the job in good timing. This is an on-site job, where you will complete twenty to fifty jobs (at different locations) throughout the season. In saying this, a vehicle is required. You will be required to move equipment and earn a raise if you move ladders (I will supply roof racks). If this job interests you, please send your resume to holtzman.a@studentworks.ca and an interview may follow. This job requires you to employ a good attitude, and want to be in a constant learning environment!
