Coachmen built their Freedom Express trailers to handle our humid climate by using Azdel composite panels in the sidewalls and the back wall (both on the inside and on the outside) that won’t rot, mold or sustain any water damage and are Formaldehyde-free!
All Freedom Express trailers have a double welded aircraft grade aluminum cage that extends beyond the walls; they also have Aluminum framed doors, windows, cargo compartments & vents openings. Also, the bed frame is made of Aluminum as well as some of the roof trusses which makes Freedom Express one of the very few Ultra-Light with a walk-on roof!
Another great quality feature that sets Freedom Express apart is the absence of OSB or chipboard in the floor; instead, tongue and grove 5/8” plywood is used. Also, sidewalls and floors are vacuum bonded (not just pinch/rolled laminated) and that process eliminates air pockets that can expand in the heat and cause delamination

1997 Great Dane 28' Trailer. Current CVI just done in June 2024.
Trailer has had very little work done to it since we purchased it in 2021. I have all paperwork for repairs. Will provide if requested.

Will haul 2 fourwheelers, 3 motorcycles or one sids by side. The trailer has been well taking care of. Trailer just had a full service done to it. Trailer holds heat really good. Shower and all appliances works. Really nice windows. The only reason for selling is because we are moving to Alberta and no longer need the RV.
