Job Description:Well established building mover looking for a well qualified team lead to add to our crew. We are seeking a Team Lead in operations to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. Prior building moving experience is not necessary, as long as you are a competent learner we will provide you training. A partnership attitude is very important for any applicant to bring to this job, as it better encompasses the benefits and responsibilities we'd expect the team lead to fulfill. There is even potential for business succession in a few more years if that interests you. Work days tend to be longer in the summer, shorter in the winter. Summer time work weeks are often up to 60+ hours per week. We are small family run business where you can make a big difference and be appreciated for your work. Much of our competition has dropped out of the local market the last few years, and we have a large potential for growth. We look forward to hearing from you!
