We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Implementation and Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the successful implementation and ongoing support of our software products for our clients, which are located all around the globe.

Utilizing C-FER's state-of-the-art Special Environments equipment and infrastructure, this role will work with leading green Net-Zero energy companies to conduct a variety of engineering assessments and full-scale equipment qualification testing projects at high pressure, temperature and load conditions in toxic, corrosive, explosive or other extreme environments to test and demonstrate the latest innovations in hydrogen and CCUS. This role reports to the Manager of the Drilling & Completions Department and is expected to work with minimal supervision with adequate goal setting and limited review. This role will include technical as well as sales goals as it is expected that the successful candidate will develop relationships with our clients to better understand their testing and qualification needs. C-FER operates out of two Edmonton offices, both of which include full-scale testing facilities. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loading Stripping Moving Organizing construction materials
- Assist and be able to take direction by supervisors with the relevant scope of work. This includes removal of demolition debris and heavy lifting, following OHS standards
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe, professional, and courteous manner
- Maintain all tools and equipment to Ultimate Contracting standards - Comfortable working 8+ hours on site as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather as required
- Light duty scaffolding assembling and dismantling
- General cleanup and site maintenance. Including site trailers, shops, and public areas
- May work with chemicals and adhesives. Preferred Training ACSA CSTS-2022 and WHMIS prior to hire start date
- Using tools and equipment to complete tasks assigned as needed
- Duties may vary depending on previous work experience
- Qualifications and Skills Preferred 1-year previous construction experience in a related field
- Employees are required to have basic hand tools to maintain their position hired for
- Employees are to follow Alberta guidelines for wearing proper PPE as well as supplied company uniforms
- Must have working cell phone
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be in good health and physically fit.
- Able to carry and move more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
