Paradise Cabinets in Prince George, BC Canada is looking for 2 full-time, permanent woodworking machine operators to join our team of exceptional craftspeople. We design, build, and install custom kitchens, furniture and architectural millwork and we have been in business nearly 50 years in our community. Our staff is exceptionally diversified, and although we have no specific language requirements for employment, our businesses communications are mainly English. Wages are $22.50 hourly in a dayshift from Monday to Friday. Stats and sick days are all paid according to British Columbia Law.

Main Duties Include:

• Operate hydraulic clamps and gluing machine to make related wooden products,
• Operate pre-set special-purpose woodworking machines to fabricate wood products such as mouldings, kitchen cabinet accessories, cutting boards, charcuterie boards and custom accessories,
• Being able to read architectural & shop drawings.
• Clean workstations and remove scraps, dust, shavings or other by-products from machinery, and surrounding areas,
• Collaborate with the project manager and/or project coordinator to ensure that project quality and schedule are established and maintained through each project,
• Maintain a safety-first work ethic, always utilizing all PPE while working within the scope of your responsibilities,
• Attending all shop safety meeting and morning rallies to ensure excellent communication with team members,
