Ensure that the needed internal and external resources are available to meet project schedules.
Provide input into project sales and working estimates.
Develop, document, and maintain site safety and quality policies and procedures.
Hire and train of internal personnel to support project requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, project management, clients, subcontractors, etc., to determine and meet the project installation requirements.
Work collaboratively with engineering and project management to develop erection plans.
Prepare detailed resource loaded installation schedules.
