This role involves operating various equipment, utilizing hand and power tools, and performing general maintenance to ensure healthy, attractive lawns and gardens. The Lawn Care Specialist will play a vital role in delivering high-quality outdoor services that meet client expectations and uphold safety standards.
Responsibilities
Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat appearance using appropriate hand and power tools.
Perform gardening tasks including planting, fertilizing and trimming.
Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, aeration and detaching.
Maintain equipment through routine mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting minor issues.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements
Prior experience with zero turn mowers and wipper snippers is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment such as mowers and power tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment operation or transportation needs
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
