Lacasse Farms Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for the right individual. We are looking for an Equipment Operator/Farm Worker position to assist us in our grain and cattle operation. Our farm is located near Kincaid, SK and is approximately 15,000 acres.
Candidates will require previous experience operating farm machinery so that they can assist with planting, spraying and harvesting activities. We are looking for candidates that are mechanically inclined and that are able to perform general farm duties. Responsibilities will include shop and yard maintenance. There is potential to haul grain and product throughout the year so a class 1A license or interest in obtaining is beneficial.
We are interested in meeting with candidates that want to join a farm that is built on team work, a strong work ethic and a shared vision for getting tasks done with high quality results. Position Summary
We are looking for an Agricultural Intern to join us for a 3+ month period, starting in May 2024. This position is based in Grand Falls, New Brunswick as part of our North American Agriculture team.
During your internship, you will have exposure to grower relations, crop monitoring and intelligence, raw product alignment, cost of production, research and applied science and extension activities including agronomy and sustainability, and the general operation of a commercial agriculture department. You will also see firsthand how McCain's potatoes are produced and processed into finished product for our customers.
You will be exposed to McCain manufacturing operations and will have the opportunity to complete a series of in-house training modules that are part of a wider McCain Agriculture training program.

What You Will Be Working On
As an intern, you will be in a support position at the local office to research and analyze data to improve crop management in the area. Work is planned and conducted under the guidance of the Agronomist and with advice from the Department Manager. Projects may include the following:- Assist in developing research needed to determine best practices for sustainability goals
- Investigate pest/disease management practices in the local area
- Statistical evaluation to identify best practices and data trends
- Track and evaluate potato varieties and their performance in the factory
- Monitor and analyze internal raw product inspection procedures
- Educate local growers on new field production and storage management techniques through written material, field demonstrations, tours, seminars, and workshops
- Promote relations between company and growers through periodic farm and storage visits
- Assist in collection and analysis of grower field and/or bin sampling program
- Analyze cost of production

What You Need to be Successful- College Junior/Senior or Undergrad majoring in Ag Science, Plant Science, Ag Business, Ag Economics or closely related discipline
- Knowledge of farm practices and vegetable production is desirable but not necessary
- Basic to Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheet, data management and presentation preparations. Statistical computer application would be beneficial
- Communication skills – must be able to speak effectively both to individuals as well as to groups, making short presentations in groups settings, familiar with video conferencing
- Must be able to write routine correspondence and reports to a variety of audiences
- A valid driver's license, comfortable flying/driving long distances
- Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions under the sun and variety of temperatures

Lacasse Farms Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for the right individual. We are looking for an Equipment Operator/Farm Worker position to assist us in our grain and cattle operation. Our farm is located near Kincaid, SK and is approximately 15,000 acres.
Candidates will require previous experience operating farm machinery so that they can assist with planting, spraying and harvesting activities. We are looking for candidates that are mechanically inclined and that are able to perform general farm duties. Responsibilities will include shop and yard maintenance. There is potential to haul grain and product throughout the year so a class 1A license or interest in obtaining is beneficial.

Our Team
Our Newfoundland and Labrador Operations are an integrated mining, milling, and processing operation. Nickel concentrate from the fly-in, fly-out Voisey's Bay operation is shipped to our state-of-art Long Harbour Processing Plant where it is refined into low-carbon and high-purity nickel rounds, cobalt rounds and copper cathodes.
The Mine Maintenance department is responsible for the maintenance on all mobile equipment at the Voisey's Bay Mine Site. The department attends to a variety of surface and underground equipment including but not limited to Dozers, Excavators, Haul Trucks, Drills, Loaders, Jumbos, Bolters, LHD's, etc. Additionally, the department is responsible for supporting the entire light vehicle fleet including Pick-Up Trucks, Semis, Forklifts, and other equipment. The Mine Maintenance department is comprised of highly skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians, Automotive Technicians, Truck and Transport Technicians, Welders, and Engineers.
The Opportunity
Vale recognizes the Impacts and Benefits Agreements with the Innu Nation and the Nunatsiavut Government in which Innu and Inuit workers have first preference for employment at the Voisey's Bay Mine Site. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician - Heacy Duty Equipment Technician (HDET) to join our Surface Mine Maintenance department in Voisey's Bay, NL. This is a permanent position.
This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on, two week off rotation.
Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician - HDET is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, overhauling, servicing, and maintaining mobile heavy-duty mining equipment. Additionally, in this position, you will:- Be a courageous safety leader willing to adhere to and sponsor the safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Perform duties that range from routine preventative maintenance to repairing major breakdowns, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Disassemble and reassemble components such as engines, transmissions, cooling systems, fuel and exhaust systems, breaks, clutches, differentials, hydraulics, electrical systems, and lubrication systems.
- Provide innovative solutions and best practices.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mobile off road mining equipment including haul trucks, graders, bulldozers, excavators, shovels, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
- Work on/with a variety of brands like CAT, Epiroc, MacLean, Sandvik, etc.
About You
Education:- College diploma in Heavy Duty Equipment Technician.
- Red Seal certification in the above trade is required.
Experience:- 5+ years Journeyperson experience in an industrial environment.
- Previous mining and/or heavy construction experience.
- SAP experience would be considered an asset.
- Experience with analyzing problems and determining safe, effective solutions.
Skills:- Ability to work alone or as a part of a team in a multi-discipline, multi-tasking field setting.
- Ability to work through troubleshooting charts and reading schematics.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot Heavy Duty hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and powertrains.

Hi! We are two female dommes looking for a pathetic GIMP (think Pulp Fiction) to service our household 2-3 times per week.
CONSENSUAL Duties include:
- Cleaning our home
-Walking on all fours unless a task requires otherwise (knee pads permitted, but NOT provided)
- Running errands including driving us around as needed
- Carrying us using a human saddle around the premises
- Minor household repairs
- Feeding and caring for our pets
- Cooking prep
- Basic tasks related to the growth of our social media accounts (doing boosts, editing OF content, etc). Clear instructions will be provided.
- Sleeping in a dog kennel (Kennel provided)
- Paying us a house fee of $100 per shift with extra fines applicable for breaking house rules including, but not limited to, Speaking without being spoken to, making eye contact with either superior, being tardy, being out of uniform (HUGE violation warranting a hefty fine), and addressing us incorrectly.
