We are looking for adults with depression and/or borderline personality disorder for a research study on thinking abilities and decision making. If you are eligible for the study, you will be paid $15/hour for approximately 7-9 hours of participation. You will be asked to complete psychological interviews, questionnaires, tests of thinking abilities (e.g., decision making), and magnetic resonance imaging (“MRI”) of your brain.
Participation will take place over the course of multiple sessions. The initial session(s) will take place remotely (e.g., using a computer and the internet). One session (brain scan) will take place in-person at the University of Toronto; COVID-19 safety measures will be in place. To qualify, you must be proficient in English, between the ages of 18-65, and currently experiencing symptoms of depression (e.g., low mood, loss of interest/pleasure in your usual activities). Individuals currently experiencing difficulties with their use of alcohol or drugs may not qualify.
Additionally, individuals with the following do not qualify for the study: schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder (and no active symptoms of psychosis); neurodevelopmental or neurological illness (e.g., seizure disorder); serious medical illness; or bipolar I or II disorder.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable drywall installer to replace a portion of a living room ceiling that has been damaged due to a leaking water pipe. The plumber will repair the leak, but it will be the responsibility of the drywall installer to replace the damaged drywall.
The job should not take more than 2-3 days to complete, and the drywaller should be able to work efficiently and with attention to detail. The drywall installer will need to have experience with patching and repairing drywall, as well as installing new drywall.
Responsibilities:
Remove the damaged portion of the ceiling drywall.
Install new drywall and secure it properly to the ceiling.
Tape and mud the seams and corners to create a smooth finish.
Sand and prime the repaired area to prepare it for painting.
Requirements:At least 2 years of experience as a drywall installer.
Experience with repairing and installing drywall in residential settings.

If you have any odd jobs I am more than qualified I'm sure. I have been a carpenter most of my life. Also working in the trades I have done a lot of Plumbing and electrical. I was also a heavy equipment operator and a snow plow driver and a mechanic. I also installed docs and the anchor systems. I was brought up on a small farm so I know a lot about animals and gardening as well. Not that it's relevant but I'm also a cook. I have most of my small tools and Chainsaw.
I charge 50 for the 1st hour then at least 25 an hour after that. Depending on how much I'm using my tools and brain, I would have to charge you more.

Responsibilities include:- Available for full time Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts with the possibility of overtime.
- Installation and maintenance of perimeter fencing, signage, safety boxes, guard rails, tie off anchors, temporary hoarding, elevator beams, overhead protection.
- Cleaning and stocking washrooms no less than three times daily; completing the washroom Record of Servicing.
- Daily site cleanup: garbage removal, recycling, sweeping, or mopping. Cleanup will include exterior grounds, garages, stairwells, hallways, and common areas and will evolve and expand through the various phases of construction and occupancy.
- Maintenance of clear access and egress through water, snow, and ice removal, or other slippery material removal.

Requirements:- Minimum 3 years related experience.
