Safety Sync Compliance
Pre-qualification certificates. First Aid, H2S, Fall Protection - ESC, Confined Space. Additional certificate requirements include: Ground Disturbance 201, CSTS2020, CSO and PSTS.
Hold a valid Class 3 driver license with less than 5 demerits.
Attend daily safety meetings, complete daily tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Conduct safety and hazard awareness sessions to promote a safe working environment.
Follow and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Performs pre and post trip inspections using electronic programs.
Assists with job site preparation, perform roadside repairs.

Cymri Grazing Corp. is located just outside of the town of Midale, in the RM of Cymri, about 30 minutes from both Weyburn and Estevan. The Grazing Corp. grazes 1500 cow calf pairs across approximately 19,000 acres of native and tame pasture land, alongside the Rafferty Reservoir.
Successful applicants will be required to:
⁃ Possess a valid class 5 drivers license.
⁃ Supply suitable horses and tack to perform assigned job duties.
⁃ Possess the skills of a working cowboy.
⁃ Provide a truck and stock trailer as well as a quad and other related equipment to pasture operation.
Duties include but are not limited to:
⁃ Maintenance of fences and corrals.
⁃ Monitoring cattle health.
⁃ Identifying and treating sick cattle
⁃ Identify invasive weeds
⁃ Monitor dugout water conditions
