Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated Farm Hand to join our team for the upcoming hay season. You will play a vital role in our production cycle, from preparing the fields to final harvest and storage. This is a physically demanding role that requires a focus on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

• Technical Aptitude: Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.

• License: Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or equivalent) and reliable transportation. Class 1 license would be very helpful.
Work Schedule & Compensation
• Type: Full time seasonal (April to October) with an opportunity to continue through the winter.
• Hours: Standard hours would average 30-50 hours per week, with expected overtime during peak harvest windows. No Sunday work.
• Pay: Compensation will depend on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising the execution of interior design projects in accordance with client requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Interior Designer and Decorator will perform some or all of the following duties:
Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space
Develop detailed interior design concepts and prepare plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-assisted design (CAD) and other graphic software
Prepare plans, elevations, cross-sections, specifications, and detailed working drawings
Advise on selection of colours, finishes, materials, floor and wall coverings, window treatments, lighting systems, furniture, and fixtures
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and ergonomic standards
Estimate project costs and material requirements
Prepare final design plans and specifications for implementation
Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, construction teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and may supervise site work to ensure adherence to design specifications
Work in a multidisciplinary environment with other professionals
Qualifications
University degree or college diploma in Interior Design or a related field
OR equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
Proficiency in CAD and design software
Knowledge of construction materials, interior architecture, and applicable building codes
Strong project management and organizational skills
Effective communication and client consultation skills

About the Role
Ostash Exterior Building Products is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Metal Fabricator / Shipping & Receiving Associate.
In this role, you will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation, while helping maintain an organized and efficient work environment. You will also fabricate custom metal flashings and prepare orders for customers.
